Re: Bath next week ....
2 great scores from Bath, the sheer strength of Jamie Roberts to power over the line even after being tackled and also the mysterious skill of scoring a try despite having 3 players off their feet and knocking the ball on.... well played JP Doyle! And before anyone says I’m blaming the ref for our s...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 4
Looking very thin in the backs especially with Toomua off and Ford at the World Cup. As we seem to be linked with ex players, would love to see us bring Hepetema back in on a short term at the start of next season, always thought he has great potential despite the bad luck with injuries and hearing ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3
Jordan Crane was always massively underappreciated by the fans and this forum alike but for me was always the first name on the team sheet. He is the kind of player that wins you the big games through his willingness to dive on the bouncing ball, his consistency at taking the kickoff cleanly (one of...

Re: Quins must win 23
Didn’t understand the love for Sinckler in the Autumn and still don’t now, making lots of carries doesn’t make someone an effective carrier. Thought Cole really created the platform for Genge to tear Sinckler apart today.

Re: Quins must win 23
Nice to see the team turn potential into a reality. We shouldn’t get too excited but very happy to win at home and hopefully we can use that as a foundation and start to rebuilt the fortress that is Welford Road. A couple of mentions: Ford - class as he has been all season and showed great leadershi...

Re: George Clancy
I’m rarely one to complain about referees unless there is fact behind it, as I believe they have a hard job to do and don’t get anywhere near enough support from their touch judges. I would say the inconsistency we see weekly is what drives the frustration of fans from all clubs and as we have seen ...

Re: Quins must win 23
Need a big first 20 today, endless physicality in defence and faster ball than we’ve had all season to stop the Quins’ stifling defence. Expecting a 5 point win

Re: Can we finish 4th?
If we sort our defence out and cut out the penalties, we will start winning our home games. Then we will be there or thereabouts for top 4...

Re: Fantasy- if you could
Any of the following:
RG Snyman - big nasty forward and only 23 years old
Asafo Aumua - would walk into any team in the prem and start
Akira Ioane - move aside Kieran Reid
Ultimate fantasy would be Rene Ranger in his prime...

Re: George Ford
George Ford has played England u16s, England u18s, England u20s (world rugby young player of the year), England Saxons and England. In almost all of those squads he has occupied the flyhalf position, pushing Owen Farrell to the 12 spot. He’s currently the top points scorer in the prem. Obviously we ...

Re: George Ford
My main issue is primarily with the half backs not creating enough opportunity for the backs, who themselves look half lost in games. Youngs has rightly been dropped, and Ford has hardly been inspirational, kicking most of the time and wasting good ball. Lineouts have been poor, and the back three ...

Re: Murphy appointed head coach
It’s a shame we can’t get ROG in but can’t see why he would leave NZ for LE.
