Re: Worcester @ Home - 05th February 2022

Going to be rough next week v Saints lack so much control Not there so have to go with posters who were there. I suppose it’s a fact you aren’t going to get the control with Burns at 10 not in his dna. Pluses in our favour for next week, Saints have had a week off, they are missing more than us inc...

Re: TMO (again!!!)

I do get your point, but I think they are asked to check if anything was missed in the build up as a matter of course, you will often here an all clear on the feed, and they do operate on a 7 second delay I believe.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

Well MVS has the advantage of being built like a fridge. Reffell is quicker which with our kick chase game gives him a USP. It's fairly ideal horses for courses between the two with MVS being able to cover 8 as well. I personally hope we keep the pair of them for a few seasons yet. I think Reffell ...

Re: GP / Six Nations plus others - w/e 04-06th February 2022

Should’ve explained! Connacht kick chase ,Lowry catches it and Connacht player follows through with the tackle. He dips and wraps ,perfect technique but Lowry ducks at the last millisecond and gets caught in the head with the shoulder. Connacht player gets a yellow card. Now I keep screaming this t...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

Reffell is already a great player and is still improving, not sure what these gaps are in his game that others see but I recognise that nobody is perfect not even Van Staden and I don't think Tommy is far behind him or maybe not at all. personally I think Reffell could be a future captain. Physical...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

Exactly why we need to dangle a decent longterm contract in front of Reffell. Of course people have their favourites but I don’t get the we must keep Reffell at all costs brigade. There are gaps in his game particularly offensively, just compare him to MVS Keeping him is not the be all and end all,...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

Costelow, Reffell next. Hopefully the cynical dangling of international honours in front of Holmes to strengthen the regions will serve as a warning to others. If I was a Welsh player at a club outside of Wales I'd be reluctant to move back there for international recognition unless I was already a...

Re: Worcester @ Home - 05th February 2022

I think that pack especially the back row has been picked to pound Worcester into submission. If Freddie does have to come off to me you move Potter to 15, Porter to the wing and Scott into centre

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Lord of the Mauls

He was on a tiny contract with us top. Bet he regrets heading for Wales now. Odds are that he doesn't get another cap They do have a crop of good wingers presently led by LRZ. I have enjoyed watching the big powerful winger Cardiff have recently though his name escapes me Owen Lane? They also have ...
