In a recent interview, I think he said he had been injured.

Quick turnaround Kb, you got no studies?

Couple of threads from your last post:-
Gregor Gillanders, according to Fleabane/Sammy, is rumoured to be off - to Cov?
Moreno may not be retiring, but going back to Italy - Calvisano.

Still nothing on the official website, but looks like another "good un" biting the dust... Bad news for us, but I'm very pleased for Ollie. From the outside, at least, it looks as if he's had itchy feet for a while now, and I really hope the change will work for him. From what I've read, M...

Read recently that Laurie Fisher, departing coach of ACT Brumbies is looking for a job, and fancies a stint in England. Seems to have been through the ranks at Brumbies, very experienced coach, but not sure that he is paricularly a backs specialist. Nevertheless,is he someone who might be in the fra...

Teds - not sure that either Sarries or Saints would be too chuffed if Wasps were to relocate to MK.(Likewise, Bedford, of course, but in a different league).

Sarries played their "home" game there last week, and I think both clubs look to pull in punters from the MK catchment.

Ulster, maybe that's because he's an Aussie, and they don't see the English as enemies :smt006

Shedhead there:Murphyslaw here: Well, not sure what sparked your array of comments but, I'll take the plunge... no one said Tigers didn't make excuses. My experience is that every team is cabable of making excuses at any time, yes even Mr Ryan...referees? Not sure where you get the team being whinge...

jg - disagree with you there I'm afraid; he seems to really hold their backs together. Coincidence that Glaws got out of their bad patch when he returned to fitness? I don't think so.

But as SabreTooth says, with a full team, there will be no excuses.

I think Brian Smith could be a good call from Johnno. I agree with Westy though, - if this happens, then L.I are likely to want Catt to fill the void. If Tigers were interested, probably makes it very difficult. Although I got the impression from other press reports that Catt also fancied being part...

Sorry :smt009

Agree with the need for another s.h., but would be good to see Youngs get some game time next season - maybe during the internationals.

Back-tracking big time! It's just a shame that he himself didn't show such spirit and character with his comments before the game. Now the "miracle" has happened, at least he had the good sense not to re-iterate his thoughts about the team being not good enough to win the play-offs. Or may...

Latest reports I read from N.Z. confirm the "sabbatical" idea, but state that the Toulon deal is not signed, and that Carter is still considering his options. Would be a nice little earner for Carter, although without millionaire backers, the big increases in wages across European clubs is...

Where's Gillanders going?

If this is true then its a real shame as he is still young, and is a real prospect.
Another example of us not being able to hang on to young ,up and coming, English talent developed through the academy?
