Re: Quins must win 23

What’s the point talking about caps? Give me team spirit any day. Quins have that at the moment, we don’t! Of course we are good enough to win at home to Quins... it would be a sad day if that wasn’t ever the case! But on current form.... Plus they have the added incentive after the recent rumours w...

Is that the bottom of the barrel?

My first game today this season... been going ten years... so not been watching Tigers as long as many on here... For me I can't see how it can possibly get much worse. We struggled past a very poor Sale side that will do well to stay up... and were outscored 3 tries to 1 in the process. After being...

Re: MOC GONE

I’ve got to admit I’m happy with that.

Not expecting a lot from the season but our rugby can only get more entertaining from now on. Some of the youngsters might get a chance.

When’s the list of eligible replacements coming?

Re: Exeter team

All I want to say is that those of us who attended the Castres trip last year and the subsequent ‘watch the team train and have lunch on us event’ at the club will remember Cohen and MOC’s Q&A where they boasted about our talented youngsters. Today with the game firmly out of sight we bring on E...

Re: In What Way Can We...

Oh, I have just posted on a few other threads about the great SC and now found someone has had sense to start a thread dedicated to the clown. Needs to walk the plank. Adds nothing of value to our proud club.

Re: MOC to be sacked?

I’d have more faith in Leonard Cohen frankly. The man is a smooth taking, arrogant numpty. I wouldn’t trust him to walk my dog let alone run a top-class rugby team.

Anyone want to tell me what Cohen’s major achievements have been over the last 3 years?

Re: What we are actually missing the most

So many good posts here that highlight the multitude of problems we have! Next year is time to re-build, but that was the same as at the start of this season. We need to develop our youngsters better. I’d have made Barrow captain at the start of the season, now he’s gone. Is Wells getting the game t...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle Falcons

Some really good points here: aimless kicking, no ability to turn ball over, awful driving mail, Wells should be starting. All valid IMO. Happy to say we looked better with Toomua at 10 and that sparked our improvement and run of wins. Ford needs to re-assess his game and get some tackling practice ...

I’d suggest Simon Cohen.

Re: Tigers v Newcastle Falcons

Not seen TMO yet so can’t comment. What really pleased me tonight was the way Tigers managed Goneva. From the very start we really kept him out of the game. Of course one would have expected no less given we had years of inside knowledge of his game due to the time he spent at our club. And to think...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

OK they are local rivals I get that but all this 'wounded beast' nonsense!!! They are 10th. They have lost 5 in a row. Quins put 50 on them. Saracens massacred them last week. Since start of October, excluding AW, they have beaten... Gloucester (H) and Irish (H). That's it! Let's be honest they are ...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

Matthew Carley and Antony Cotton are the same person. Never been seen in the same room. Both muppets! http://www.radiotimes.com/news/tv/2018-01-21/who-is-antony-cotton-dancing-on-ice-2018-contestant-profile/ As for the score... Saints are awful as Saracens and many others have highlighted. It is all...

Re: Biggest loss

Goneva for me out of those two. We let him go way too early. Look back at the last few seasons and the trouble we have had at centre. Allen retired, Manu mainly missing, Toomua injured. Goneva covers centre and wing. His performance level is always high and he rarely misses games. He's a big contrib...
