Re: The Six Nations Thread
Right about what rollup? Cares boxkicking better than Young's? Very good this game ,Bens still better though. Did you not see JJ masterclass on Steff Evans? Must have been me,so yes JJ was picked for his defensive qualities so yes I watched the game. What does poor old JJ have to do for you..... A ...

Re: MOC to be sacked?
Its great fun to fantasise and speculate about who amongst the great and good, be they players and or coaches that could be recruited by Tigers. Unfortunately, the reality is that due to the incompetence of the playing element of the board we are welded to MOC for this and I strongly fear all next ...

Re: Tigers v Quins
The first is doable - but the teams above Tigers would probably have something to say about that - the second lies within the realms of fantasy I'm afraid

Re: Premiership v Gloucester!
The fans on Facebook are right, the whole board should be held accountable, including Kay, for this mess and I know the fans shouldn’t be unfaithful but currently Tigers are a waste of precious supporter’s money at the moment. Well if Social Media is anything to go by, there wont be many season tic...

Re: MOC to be sacked?
The whole situation smacks of the players not wanting to work for MoC, its Bath all over again.
MoC ought to do the decent thing and tender his resignation.

Re: The Six Nations Thread
I don't think there's anything wrong with Williams finishing, we've seen him finish quite a few decent tries. For me it was more a case of a phenomenal tackle from Underhill. Wales were never going to have the space playing away to England that they had at home to Scotland to play the 'Scarlets' st...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
Strange selection IMO of course. I can explain mine though as I did and don't you think JJ could be an Insurance policy against Cares kicking? Care better boxkicking than Young's is just pure lunacy! You obviously don't watch much of England Well, it turns out I was right and you obviously don't wa...

Re: Premiership v Gloucester!
All I've seen was what was written after the match on social media. It isn't comfortable reading. The majority opinion was that the team played with little commitment, no passion, poor accuracy and bad discipline. That and MoC ought to do the decent thing and walk, instead of trotting out mealy mout...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
It's a very good side, although personally I would have kept Teo in the 15 and brought JJ off the bench on 55/60 mins...... The bench should make a real impact, but hopefully that will be from a position of strength already created by the starters. Should be a cracker, would love to see a 20 margin...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
Wayward box kicking means space,LHP dies with the ball but Evans and Adams won't,hence play your best defender first up. Not rocket science! And WG has had to completely abandon Warrenball with Injuries forcing him to play a Scarlets back line which is a running back line so not hard again, are thes...

Re: The Six Nations Thread
If you think Joseph is picked as an insurance policy against wayward box-kicking, you obviously don't 'watch much Wales'.

Re: The Six Nations Thread
For the opposition, yep.... and if Youngs were available for selection over Care, you might even have a point.Rugbyflanker wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 11:05 am for England every single one of his kicks are contestable
And no more crazy than you suggesting that it was a strange England selection by Jones.
Which was of course, nonsense.
