not sure any professional sportsperson would say no to being picked for their country @ a home world cup- I wouldnt criticize him for that- indeed if he had said no people would criticize him for letting his country down. where he has let himself down is not persevering. he looks to me like a spoilt...

Given that (according to the league) no club breached the cap there could be a possibility that all 12 clubs will deny it. No doubt the confidential clause will stop sides saying which clubs spent too much but didn't breach the cap! the key thing to say is that we weren't involved in any settlement...
