On other threads (referring to team selection) there are calls not to change the winning on-field team. Why change the winning off field team as it seems to be working - unless it is something Cockers has asked for

Wasn't he required to play centre by England (Randrew?) when most thought he woudl have been better in the back row? If correct, that plus injuries meant he was unlikley to hit the heights he did in league.
