I definitely remember Johne playing 10 in the A team. In fact, I think he might have been playing that position when he got his nasty leg/knee injury.
Still, if he doesn't want to play there, why push him?

Re the beer - yep, Lion Bar didn't have ANY at the end fo the game (shame on them), Dusty's bar had Guiness and Lager, ditto the Drogs, and then they more or less ran out. We stayed til 7 then went for a meal, loads of people in the car park area behind the Next stand just soaking up the atmosphere....

Cos I stand it doesn't seem to tell me where all you Next Stand bods will sit as the building progresses. I understood that the Next Stand was effectively going to be pushed back so that a full size pitch can be created. The construction is taking 18 months (I think) so, if you're buying a 2 or 3 ye...

I agree that you ought to be setting off earlier rather than later, probably 9.00 - gives some allowance for traffic delays on the way as well as parking, especially with both Leicester Tigers and Leicester City both at home. You will also probably want to eat! I'm sure you and your boys will have a...

As far as I know, anyone can throw in at a lineout. In fact in years gone by it was common for wingers to do so since they were already hanging around on one or other side of the pitch! There must also be an identified 'scrum half' and the numbers in the lineout should be 7 or less (presumably the l...

We might all like to see a new and younger development side in the 6 Nations, but unfortunately economics (as well as politics) dictate otherwise. Sponsors would not accept an England side that continually lost whilst developing a team for the future, supporters would be less likely to buy merchandi...

With the appalling quality, selection and price of the drinks available I hate drinking at the ground, but occasionally do due to less discerning mates. And I never eat there, God knows what's in the food! I presume that the sponsors, both local and national (ie Everards and Guinness) demand that th...

Seru - how to make even more of him!
A general consensus that Seru had one of his best Tigers games for a while and probably deserved MOTM. But, and this may be because the teams are never the same one week after the other, with all the mini breaks he made we should be able to create more. I'm not sure whether it was because he didn't ...

Interesting point about the visiting Leinster supporters helping to create the fantastic atmosphere on Saturday. We 'live' on the Terrace and make an attempt to chat with visiting supporters every home game - unfortunately there are fewer and fewer of them these days. But then, apart from away quart...

Whilst talking about angles, well Bill was, I can't for the life of me work out why, with an ex-centre as our previous coach, our three-quarter play has been so 'biff-baff-bosh' for the past few seasons. Now, with another ex-centre, let's hope that different attacking angles become the norm rather t...
