Well, I’m just heading off now to the match with more hope than expectation. But you never know. It’ll be fun whatever.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

So would I, but that still doesn’t paper over the fact that he hasn’t shone in what is a pretty shoddy Gloucester team. I just don’t see how Borthers could pick him right now. Show some form, which I think he can do, then that’s a different matter. It’s one thing to bring a few untried kids into the...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Yeah. Listening to various interviews SB has given, he’s definitely a big fan of Alfie.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

That squad is all the place for me, opportunity missed. So who are you picking instead ? I wouldn't have selected players who have zero chance of making the next RWC. You get few free hits arms an International Coach, Borthwick is wasting his. O’Mahony has been named captain of the Ireland side. He...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

In his interview Borthwick has stated that Barbeary’s non-selection at this point was influenced by the disciplinary issue as he will ‘definitely’ be featuring in the team in the future.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Zammit away to America with immediate effect. A big shock but I guess Gloucester looked at their league position and saw that there was nothing to play for so have cut him off the wage bill straight away. I suspect that all parties may have held on to the end of the season if Gloucester were challe...

Re: Other matches - 12-14th January 2023

Sean Jansen has put on a bit of timber! Playing Number 8 he’s scored a fab long distance try for Connaught.

Great win. Great atmosphere. From where I was sitting the common denominator for the dropped passes was that the passer was the replacement Number 9….

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

Adam Whitty from Radio Leicester has seen the post and has said he’s almost certain it’s a tease. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. It’s the hope that kills you!

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

Well, unless his grammar is particularly bad, I would have thought ‘Loving every minute’ would be more appropriate if he wanted to tell us he was staying.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

‘Loved every minute of it’ seems pretty clear to me unless he really is pulling our collective plonkers, but I can’t see why he’d do that. Darn. He’ll be missed.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

I can’t blame him really. One club players are a dying breed and pretty unlikely anyway with overseas players. And if I were him I’d probably do the same. With a rugby career being so short, relatively speaking, I’d be out to maximise both my income and cultural experiences, particularly with my st...
