I guess that the stuff coming from the shop is generic and is already in place. The renewals are specific to an individual and there would appear to be a glitch in the system processing the data and sending it.. ....these things do happen and the club have acknowledged it.

At time of posting it's pushing 4:30pm and the new season tickets were launched at 10:00am today. I've still not received any email from the club confirming what next year is going to cost me - I know how much it is, I've checked on the website. How many season ticket holders have actually received...
