Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?

Where would that leave Zac Henry who has looked good. Not discounting fluffing his try scoring opportunity.?

Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?

I'd have thought if Priestland moves back to the provinces, and, as he was overlooked at Barf for Priestland he might have been eyed up for a return there. It is is home City. Hooper may need that kind of player.

Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?

Played some good rugby at Tigers. Not so good for Barf. Prone to be a little irrational. I don't know if he is missing home but I think this would not be the move he would want. If we are looking to compete on three fronts and need depth of squad we could not miss an opportunity - if the budget allo...

Re: SARRIES FUTURE

I for one do not hate. I do however detest injustice. I understand posters argument that the system that allowed ANY club to circumnavigate the spirit of the game by "Blue Sky" accounting was wrong. That books cannot be scrutinised is wrong, only by consent. That the punishment is only a t...

Re: SARRIES FUTURE

The thing we have all missed is that there was no obligation/legislation by clubs to disclose their books. So Sorries got a slap on the wrist for finding a loop hole. Has this loop hole been fixed? The slap on the wrist looks to be a token as with no games played in the Champs Sorries might get anot...

Re: Non playing staff interfering with play

I agree water carriers are permitted on to the field of play. I agree it was an over reaction by 36. I do not agree with personnel interfering directly with the game. The water"boy" did lean over and touch the ball dead. What resulted was farcical. 36 gets penalised for his overreaction. (...

Re: Saints v Tigers - 09th January 2021 - cancelled due to COVID

I for one would now like the authorities to ring fence the premiership. Its getting farcical. Its as others have stated a lottery. If teams are able to play under Covid , then at least we will see a game, it-keeps the players fresh and able to access and build for the future. Then the table is only ...

Re: 3rd January 2021 v Bath

Lets all beg to differ. Horses for courses. Some games suit some and require a set of skills. Others require a different set of skills. I like the balance we now have Horses for Courses in all parts of the park. What yesterday proved is, we were able to change the game for the second 40. That means ...

Re: 3rd January 2021 v Bath

It must have crossed some minds that it would have been an easy choice to not field under COVID., get 2 points and end up 8th with Barff keeping top 4 with 4 points. Am I glad we fielded a team and took on the enemy. I was concerned 20-25 mins into the game. Glad when half time came to get the Valiu...

Re: Boxing Day vs Newcastle

We all want to be safe. Just give clubs some financial support and furlough players. .What's the alternative Doesn't be...

Re: Baa Baas game called off - Players charged by RFU

Sorry I have no sympathy with breaking COVID rules. Those being fined 10K for organising should be extended to all attending as we can all count up to 6. If you choose to stay you are adding to the possible/likely transmission. I can accept incidental lapses of judgement leading to a minor transgres...

Re: Boxing Day vs Newcastle

I'm licking my lips at this one.
Strongest Tigers team available please including bench.
Best tonic for the Christmas blues. No silly pens and please ,if the Faff is available for Falcons, don't give him an easy game where he can influence.
