Re: Away to Saints

Forgive me, but I think Exeter are going to finish second, so talk of a semi final trip to Sarries is I think misplaced.

My best guestimate is that Sarries will finish five or six points behind Chiefs, but about 10 points ahead of us.

Re: Meanwhile, further south down the A508.......

Living where I do I have a number of Saints neighbours and friends. They are not happy bunnies, but seem fairly resigned to keeping Mallinder & West. In some respects we should maybe admire the commitment, even if it is to a duo who seem to be on the wane. Like others, I'd prefer to see a strong...

Re: Away to Saints

I thought it was a good match, and I was delighted with the win. Not sure how good either side were, and whilst there were definitely good points, there are also quite a few things we still need to work on. I thought we were lucky with some of the high tackles, but unlucky with our disallowed try. I...

Re: Thank you Aaron

Thanks Mauge - not only are you a quality coach but you are an absolute gentleman and a Tiger forever. You showed your class on the pitch in a career cut unfortunately short and I feel this has been somewhat mirrored in what a great number of people would say is a coaching career at Tigers again ab...

Re: Matt O'Connor In...Mauger Out

People need to recognise that dissatisfaction with the treatment of Mage does not have to mean you have to think O'Connor is the antichrist. Personally, I see the merit in O'Connor being appointment. His last stint as head coach coincided with the last era of dominance for us, and his departure sig...

Re: Matt O'Connor In...Mauger Out

. . . . . . and who knows, maybe AM will be back as DoR (or similar) at some point in the future having proved himself elsewhere!

As is often said, " . . . the King is dead, long live the King"
(Yes I know no one died, but you get my drift!)

Re: Matt O'Connor In...Mauger Out

There are a few press reports this morning talking about AM's disappointment at having to leave so promptly, and how he is devastated, and how he would have liked to have been able to stay until the end of the season.

Re: Time to be positive !!!!!

City have improved 50% in the last 3 weeks, and are still capable of causing the biggest upset in soccer history, winning the European Cup and staying up.. Lets not forget, if our squad does the same we could win the Premiership... The players are there as long as not injured, and if the attitude i...

Re: Time to be positive !!!!!

Wrong Website you seemed to have confused the Tigers with the foxes. I'll say it once again Soccer is played by Wimps and watched by Morons whereas Rugby is played by Professional Athletes and watched by Ladies and Gentlemen. This from the poster who writes 'MOC' but means 'Jake White'. :smt009 :sm...

Re: Prize money

Splitting hairs I know, but . . . . . assuming that the ultimate winners win three of their pool games then that is a total of £109,500 plus VAT. A drop in the ocean in respect of the salary bill etc.

Seriously underwhelmed. :smt009

Really upset actually. :smt022

Will always support the Tigers, and will fall in behind our Coach/DoR whoever it is, but I really would have preferred someone different. :smt010

What were the Board thinking?? :smt017

Re: England play the All Blacks - a question

Yes Drc_007 I believe the date in question is the 4th of November which if true will fall three weeks after the final Southern Hemisphere National games, Initially the squad was due to travel on the 3rd of November as their first planned match was on the 11th but my contact in the travel industry o...
