Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

Regarding captaincy I do recall an A League of Premier Cup.match over at Loughborough when I was very impressed with the captaincy of a young Tommy Reffell, not just decision making but the way he moved around encouraging his players some of whom were senior to him.In experience. Tommy was Wales U2...

I see RIL has just posted about him but I had been thinking myself that Lotu Inisi should be a player we are seriously looking at. Looks to have Jasper like power and like Jasper was should be pretty cheap as he's currently at Moana Pacifica

Kieran Wilkinson leaves to join Falcons Wouldn’t be surprised if Falcons came in giving him a pathway to starting 10, shame as he should a lot of promise v the Black Lions but never got game time outside that. He isn’t what I call a starter though so if Falcons is giving him that pathway I can unde...

Ominous start for Saints, would be funny if we were the team to give Leinster their best game this year

If we're looking to increase our frontrow stocks on a budget then Argentina U20's might be worth a look, they played Australia in horrific conditions yesterday and some of their props looked like units

Will be interesting to see if anything more comes of this, certainly can't hurt to have closer ties with the Srivaddhanaprabha family though

I should add I commend the club for doing this though, fashion or brand crossovers are certainly one way of getting new eyes on the club

Re: New Tigers Shirt

If your into street art then it might appeal but its not my cup of tea, it also doesn't seem very imaginative with some simple writing and some images with a cutout filter applied (Being a graphic designer ruins a lot of things for you)

I thought that was an insurance issue to do with a neck injury, it just so happened he also got arrested when he went to visit the club I think

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

Disagree, how many teams in the prem would kick the ball away from there? Regardless of the scoreline I think there's a fair few that would, time wasting for two minutes is very difficult nowadays because the refs will give a sealing off penalty at the first opportunity Bristol weren’t even kicking...

I know Whitely is not a popular player here but that was not his fault, its gameplan to kick in that position and the kick was good, Steward got the ball back and it was the bounce of the ball that put Bristol in that position Disagree, how many teams in the prem would kick the ball away from there...
