Re: Tigers 2016/2017 Dream Team
Stick to eating Pies Goodey. Ayerza different class to Logo, Williams and Fitz need to be swapped, as do Manu and Toomua. Number 8 Fonua needs to show more to his game than bosh, and at the moment McCaffrey has earned that starting spot.. Smalldell there's 23 in the match day squad though totally ag...

Re: Tigers v Stade Team.
Think I read Van Vuren is now here till the end of the season. Cookers did say post match that he needed to look at the scrum closely. Didn't think Harry was as effective in the loose yesterday, and Bateman made some good yards when he came on, also Harry not as good at line out, at least a couple o...

Re: Tigers v Stade Team.
[quote="Gramps" Does anyone know if Leo is anywhere a return to fitness I would bet good money that we never again see LG playing in a competitive match in Tigers colours. I've felt this since he signed to join Toulouse, and given his short appearances and completely different attitude wh...

Re: Refs and TMO
I've never seen Dereck Bevan tmo for anyone else but Nigel. It's like Nigel takes him for a day out, asks him the question, but always ignores the answer. They're like a double act

Re: George Clancy and refs as touch judges
Could well be Clancy. Can't be Wayne or any of the French refs, and I think they'll give the all English game to Nigel

Re: Tigers v Stade Team.
If we play Bateman, which we should, you don't need to change Ayerza, the problem has been that Ayerza has been having to deal with the opposition tight head and hooker almost on his own due to Thackers lack of bulk, hence the number of penalties. Bateman must start against Saints, possibly with Log...

Re: Meanwhile at the Alianz Park
Their guard defence was just about non existent just goes to show how missing those key big forwards and decision makers can make a difference. Fair play to wasps though they were very clinical, can't wait to see Nathan Hughes in an England shirt, don't think EJ will be too keen on his carrying in o...

Re: England vs Italy
Of the 2nd rows used so far, I know Itoje came on at 6 , he and Kruis have been the standouts. Surely they have to start next game. They also make up for the lack of pace in the back row

Re: Speed Bump
In both the World Cup and premiership refs have asked the tmo to look at this sort of tackle, but there seems to have been a distinct lack of that this weekend

Re: "Use It!
Again I think at the rear of the scrum if it's not going anywhere a matter of speeding things up and is more down to interpretation. In general the game is losing too much at scrum time.
