Re: Tigers v Newcastle - 12th March 2019

Full back is a tough position to pick. With Veaniu out this season it has made me appreciate him a lot more. I'd guess is that Toomua would continue there. He was hit and miss but that was his first game in the position that I know of. May has proven he can play their pretty well. Olowofela has prob...

Re: Players won't leave

The whole international debate is only one part of a deciding factor for the players. By staying they will have to accept that they would play in the championship for a year and then, assuming we get promoted, play in an uncompetitive side for probably at least another year. Re: Tigers v Saints

If you're right about Ben Youngs then that would leave something like:

Genge, Youngs, Cole, Spencer, Kitchener, Williams, Thompson, BoC, Simmons, Ford, May, Eastmond, Tuilangi, Olowofela, Holmes

Kerr, Gigena, Heyes, Wells, Fitzgerald, Harrison, Toomua, Aspland-Robinson

Re: Squad Analysis

I thought Taufua was being signed to play at 8? With Kalamafoni playing at his more natural blindside flanker position.

A real shame. He has had a great career and was a great player. Plus my mum fancies him.

Matteo Minozzi is a great signing, assuming he recovers well from his knee injury.

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2018-19

More than all our locks combined!!!! That, in itself, is worrying. And what happens when the board want us to play flashy rugby without substance. In terms of money 1 million should get you 5 good locks. The board has over paid some locks if anything IMO. Perhaps that's why Kitchener is off. The re...

Well done Kerr! Hopefully he makes his debut.

I'm very surprised that Launchbury isn't in the squad at all.

Re: Major League Rugby

As long as there is no issue with visas I don't see why not.

Fringe players, those returning from injury and youngsters could all benefit whilst also helping to expand the game.
