Re: Exeter Chiefs

I thought the theory was that the WC would raise the profile of the game and so MORE people would be interested. A Glos chap was bewailing the fact that their season ticket sales are still only 5 or 6 thousand.

Hear, hear. It smacks of bullying, usually by someone who has just finished boasting about how he's flying off to a game and a hotel on another "I'm very rich" smugfest.

Re: Smoke on the Water

The rumour around my part of the Crumbie was that this was a pre-planned move by George as he felt that the music/stamping might "intimidate or freeze" the youngsters. This was greeted with some incredulity, I must say. Anyone else hear anything like this?

Re: "Let us make defence our obsession"

Andy who?

Exeter's defence of the ball meant very few turnovers for them - and well done to them for that. Points are scored in attack, however.

Re: There's less than 5 minutes to go ...

I drive 160 miles to see a game, I was there 2 hours before and 1 hour after but so what? It doesn't make me morally superior to anybody. If I pay for a ticket it is my business and my business only if I choose to see 5, 10, 20 minutes of the game or all of it. There may be many reasons why someone ...

Re: Leicester v Exeter

I intend to enquire about this grading and will report back. Downgrading the LV cup I can understand but not any game in the Premiership. If I were Exeter, I would feel very insulted and even more determined to win.

Anthems? Oh, I thought they were dirges and someone had died. Who were those two muppets who murdered "Ireland's Call"?

The shape and structure dissappeared, along with all the changes,
Same as the Lyon match then, when we finished with two players wearing a 14 shirt and they had two (I think) 13s

The ticket office decided to send new cards out to everybody before the exeter game after the problems at the lyon match. I spoke to the ticket office and they told me...

Re: Interesting.....Eng Team v Ireland

There does not seem to be any live TV coverage only some highlights on BBC. Not on Sky, ESPN...

Unless anyone knows differently?

P2P has been taken down as well.
