Bonus Points?

For some time I have been concerned about our lack of bonus points. It may be early in the season but so far we have a big fat 0. Saints are level with us (tomorrow might change that) after winning only two of five matches but have managed 4! Last season was much the same - only 6 all season, when t...

Re: Lancaster has gone

Farrell is 35/1 with Paddy Power to be the next coach. Worth a punt? - I think not.

Jake White is favourite at quite short odds!

Re: Nigel Owens set to referee World Cup final

Everyone seems to be blaming Owens for missing the forward pass - he was however slightly behind the line of play. The real culprit was Wayne Barnes who was right in line with play. How he missed it is beyond belief. Of course if Barnes did notify Owens and he ignored it............we have a conspir...

Re: Lancaster Countdown - has he gone yet?

And will Ben Kay, who I respect enormously both as a player and pundit, feel free enough to be critical of Graham Rowntree?

Re: Lancaster Countdown - has he gone yet?

According to the DM Ritchie is having problems choosing the investigative panel to determine England's demise. Lo and behold, both Ritchie and Andrew are likely to be members of it. So much for it being 'independent'. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/article-3277473/Stuart-Lancaster-limbo...

Re: Today's game (Tigers)

Did anyone else notice the position taken up by Burns at line-outs? He took the position normally taken up by the scrum-half close to the thrower. Meanwhile Harrison was in midfield where Burns would normally be. Obviously a planned move but I've never seen such a 'swap' before, and wonder what the ...

Re: 4 months training and the England forwards were awful..

I thought the one shining light in the forwards was Vunipola. Storming runs in the loose and more than held his own at the scrum. In fact the scrum went decidedly downhill after he went off.

Yes ellis9, I could have typed what you were going to type yourself even before you had started. Some of us are pragmatic and realistic. We are also entitled to our opinions. Our backs are completely hopeless - no idea of where to run, how to pass, or even how to hold on to, or even protect, the bal...
