Re: Tongue in Cheek?

Rather pitiful really.

Lets not forget this bloke was good enough to gain selection for the Lions very recently.

Sad attempt at humour.

The expat young Saffas and Aussies will turn out for absolutely anything! They can turn up drink lots of lagery st

Re: BBC coverage of internationals

To get the match for free you just have to tolerate the missing gimmicks! I have BT and Sky but can live without much of the pre and post match prattle.

Re: Sale on the move again?

Fine - I enjoyed our one visit to Stockport, plenty of pubs in the Good Beer Guide and we have the budget hotel scene sorted complete with decent curry house nearby. Let's go to Edgeley Park!

Re: Calum Clark as Saxons Captain

In my book it takes more than 2 years to clear his slate enough to even be considered for a place in a squad. Captain is ridiculous.

Re: Tigers Catering Feedback.

Completely agree, Tigernotts I loved our visit to Exeter in their first season up. Otter ale in the guise of Hiawatha Ale and enormous pasties served by the lady who had made them at 4am that morning. Some folks get things right!
And....we won! :smt023

Re: Tigers Catering Feedback.

This truly is dismal reading. Nothing seems to ever improve. The staffing situation always horrifies me. Is it not possible to hire, train and retain any capable people? I will stick to using the many good pubs around the town. There seems to be no reason to drink within the ground.

Re: Silence at all kicks!

Last season, at Welford Rd, Toulon rhythmically clapped their kicker - presumabely they always do. As they began the same procedure for a Tigers kick some of the self righteous began to show the French their disapproval. Dont get me wrong - I am 100 per cent behind the silence for kickers tradition ...
