Re: Lions 2021
One of the most boring games I’ve watched in a long time. Whatever the score in the final match, this series is one to forget. A dreadful advert for rugby. I’d imagine any private equity money invested in rugby will be cacking itself if that is what the future of rugby looks like. It was slow, tedio...

Re: 7th May - Sale Away
Fully agree Ourla. Just come to look this morning to see the views, and whilst a fair few decent level heads, some voices unrealistic and frankly more inaccurate and loose than our game in the red zone! Changed 12 players, away to an established top 4 team at full strength off the back of a rest wee...

Re: Away vs Bath 18th April
You look at the Bath team and wonder how on earth they’re not higher up the league. If we win this one, I think we can fairly say we’ve progressed further and quicker than we could have realistically hoped. Last 2 seasons we’d have lost by 40 and the match would have been dead inside 30 minutes. Som...

I enjoy reading this on delay. Loads bemoan the team and the start, and now in raptures. We fans are a capricious bunch.

Re: Tigers vs Sale - 05 Sep 20
Every poster said beforehand what an awesome side Sale had picked. Most said we'd lose by at least 10 and likely more. And most are clear this won't be our strongest team next season, but it will be Sale's. We lose by single figures, and apparently it is a disaster. Blah blah blah. V little perspect...

Re: BT Sport Coverage of Quins vs Sale .... Why Oh Why ?
Sport is a huge part of our society. The issues in sport reflect the issues in our society. As we seek to reduce racism, sport is one way of creating awareness and increasing education. To think therefore that TV sports coverage should not include this is nonsensical, and v much misses the point. Th...

Agreed you'd like to tie JT in for longer. But a year would be a good start. And I'd be fine with tinkling his offer up a bit to get him to sign.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2
I find this media talk of losing 5 key people nonsense. Reid and Eastmond were peripheral. Bateman useful but failed to hit the heights of prior seasons. Veainu barely played and exceptionally injury prone. Manu with England about a third of the season and frequently injured. We must have a fair old...

He said the laws stay as they are for the guys that are in the country already. Therefore I assume it only impacts future signings.

Re: Saracens Cap Investigation / Grounds for Appeal
Very much agree w Deadly Dunc. Great interview. Need more of this in sport rather than letting them all off with a free ride. And entirely agree they seem apathetic, as if we are all in the wrong for questioning their cheating. Farrell not been near a microphone since. Such balls.

What rugby program is on? I assume they'll get fined if they refuse media interviews as some are obligatory.

Re: Saracens Cap Investigation
Quote: I’ve got sympathy with the players. If your employer offered you a coinvestment scheme and assured you he’d checked it out with his lawyers and tax accountants and also already declared it to the salary cap manager, are you sure you wouldn’t have taken him up on it? Tbh I'm a bit unclear here...

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback Seasons 2017,2018 & 2019/20
Went for the Saints game with only 16k people there. Service slow and poor in Robin Hood stand. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Sold out of pies. Contact less not working. Semper eadem.
