Re: A bit of perspective
As far as a bit of perspective goes we should be noting the costs incurred by two of the teams who seem to be on the up at the moment, without outside money they would still be mediocrities as far as the English rugby is concerned Tigers are trying to remain competitive, whilst developing the ground...

Re: Tough decision but it has to be made
Be careful suggesting Williams should be the kicker or start ahead of Burns for the many 'Blind Faithers' on the forum will be on your back abusing you for daring to suggest an alternative to what Cockers actually does when (in their view) you obviously know nothing about Rugby. This is typical of ...

Re: Tait
I do not think anyone who has criticized Tait need to appologise, let alone eat their words, he along with others have been very poor up until Friday night, predictable and turned over too often, he is class and we need him to string performances together. It has taken to long to produce any sort of...

Re: Today's game thread v Bath (Away)
It all starts with the props, we failed last year because the scum was weak for the last 10-15 mins of every important game. Cole played 80 mins every game and got crocked as a result, we need 4 top class fit props to compete, at present we have 1 reasonable, fit prop, and he will be crock as well s...

Re: On line Tigers Matches
Why would Tigers facilitate on line steaming of games when they get no payback, if it put even one fan off making the trip and buying a ticket, they would start to lose out.

Re: Is Ashton the worst non tackler ever ???
Aston was exposed by a shambolic backline, Manu who rushes up, Eastmond who is a small rank novice, Ashton, who never could cover for himself let alone anyone else, and Yarde who is another novice without a great tackling reputation, Burns who has shown flakiness in the past and backed up by Brown w...

Re: Nigel Owens
What annoys me is that the AB's seem to always get the benefit of the doubt, not just from Owens, but most refs, twice I saw MaCaw pile straight over the top of rucks, off his feet and NO just looks and waves play on. I think NO is a top ref, I just do not know what comes over refs when the AB's are...

Re: Nigel Owens
Of course Owens like most refs allows a greater degree of tolerance to the all Blacks, we see it at every world cup, as someone else has pointed out it makes them very difficult to beat. The exchange that illuminated it for me happened on the second half kick of AB captain complained to Owens about ...

Re: Citing for Owen Williams
Viewing the Tom Young incident you will see that in the build up Ma afu also makes contact with the eye area on Youngs but this was not cited even though it was the start of the phase which ended up with punches thrown. For those of you doubting that Williams would have been found guilty because the...

Citings
The number of citings seems to have gone down a lot this year, and not wishing to provoke the gods but I can't remember any Tigers player getting a citing / ban this season, (was Flood cited?) Are players more disciplined this year or have they wised up to the all seeing eye of TV, or maybe having W...
