The beeb are trying to brown-nose the WRU with opening statements but then in their report tell a very different story Taken from http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/6494935.stm "The Welsh side paid the price for their awful, error-ridden first half as they conceded soft tries to Tom Va...

Like most "big tacklers" if he sets himself for the big hit, or the all-or-nothing shot, and can easily get sidestepped. However he still manages to hit the man hard enough to allow himself to set again and tackle, or someone else make a tackle. I'd never describe him as a weak tackler in ...

I hope at the hearing that the fact that El-Abd got straight up and went off the pitch smiling will be taken into account - he knew what he was doing lying on the wrong side and knew that if he stayed there the shoeing would win the penalty and the match. Gillies actually tried to rip his leg 3 time...

Blitz Defense

Sorry if this has already been done but I couldn't find it elsewhere - Once again on Sunday Tigers were nearly undone by there inability to create anything against a blits defence? Against a drift defence the inside pass to Alex coming through on the crash goes between the inside centre, running in ...

From what I could hear from the radio he was, just shows how complacent he is behind a pack that normally dominates. The comentators hit it spot on when they said that Scarlets were using Tiger's tactics and ripping them apart in the tight 5

I'm so annoyed, before the match I bet my girlfriend (who's an ardant Scarlets fan) a fiver that Scarlets would win 3 tries to 2 and by a margin of 10-13 points overall. If only O'Gara had missed I'd have been proclaimed an oracle by her and she would ifnally have to admit that my rugby knowledge is...

No, the ball wasn't carried back inside the 22 by the SH as both of his feet were inside the 22 at the time he gathered the ball. Therefore lineout where the ball crosses the touchline would be the correct outcome. Not so sure about that, often a player's standing foot is in the 22 but the kicking ...

Without the step before the pass it puts too much strain on SH's shoulders so they get more injuries and risk having to retire early because of weakness and an increades risk of further injuries In the past few years most scrum halves have been advised to switch to the new style, some like Dwayne Pe...

im not too sure about McAllister - i rate him... but i think we need more flair in at fly half - the sort of stuff Iain Humphreys brings to the game... dont get me wrong - McAllister has Flair - but he is more like mauger in the way he plays a solid game and is ridiculously consistant to say the le...

Forget using eBay, they require a payment, and I believe more if you put a "Buy it now" price, you also have Paypal costs to cover as well. I can't remember the address of the site, and a google search gives plenty hits but not the one I wanted. There are a few websites which allow you to ...

Being a gobby little *ponders* is the sign of a good scrum half, all the best in the world do it nowardays, Gregan, Oz, Dawson have all done it in their time. Making the opposition angry makes them more likely to make mistakes and get penalised

The biggest selling point in my opinion is Abraham's hunger to have the ball and be involved at all times - is he possessed by or chanelling Backy?!?
