Re: Tour to SA
The way Manu is playing he is lucky to be in the Tigers team, let alone an International one.Am afraid every team has a Manu now, and as we stand, they are all better. He has one more season before everyone will have to agree......

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!
Tigers, like one or two other top teams, have always been reticent about giving youngsters a chance. It would be interesting to find out Bakewell 's thoughts on Harry Thacker who has a top notch rugby brain, but as yet, not the brawn. Judging by results not many of the current batch look good enough...

Re: The Clash
Must admit I think Fords reluctance to take kicks actually benefitted us .... Bath were shot physically and mentally after 60 minutes. Great forwards performance, and the backs were pretty brilliant as well.

Re: MOC to be sacked?
Met and talked at length to a famous Australian Coach ex UK Club and National Coach at Maroochydore this week... he was absolutely scathing about our Eddie and listed everywhere he has caused a trail of damage.

Re: Wuss vs Tigers
Didn't see last two as down under and no TV.. seems Mark Bakewell is a magician who has identified the problems and hopefully put us back on track. With Ford May Genge Cole to return and all the top 3 looking inconsistent who is not to say that Tigers could confound the Rugby World....

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!
Personally I would convert Thompstone to centre where he could be really useful as back up. Holmes is surely nailed in now, and Bakewell appears to have made a massive difference in one week. Hopefully to be continued...

Re: Up next....Premiership v Gloucester!
Surely after last year when at least there seemed to be pockets of quality, and still the Coaches got binned, that this year when we are arguably much worse, then the current job lot should get the chop as well. The lack of any fluency, the lack of any seeming game plan, is embarrassing to any self ...

Re: Up next....Premiership v Gloucester!
Unbelievable to say, but Manu is a wretched liability now. Ford is like O Connor, out of his depth. Heaven help the Tigers fans. Thank heaven Ford removed...

Re: Up next....Premiership v Gloucester!
Tuilagi is like a headless chicken, falling off tackles at will. Ford has gifted them with a try due to yet another badly placed kick. A miracle we are on equal terms after 30 minutes
