It seems strange to me that visa issues have caused problems for Manu when his many brothers seem to have been ok.
Why is his case different?

Re: Manu to be deported?
I would be amazed if he wanted to play for England after this.

Re: NEWBY GOES TO THE FOXES
Geordan was part of the half time entertainment, trying to keep the ball below the bar.

Re: Tigers In Transition Article
Can anybody confirm wether we have, and continue to spend the entire salary cap?
If we do then there isn't any argument to be had about expensive players leaving and not being replaced.

Re: Tigers In Transition Article
Interesting article, most of which I agree with.
One thing keeps puzzling me though:
"The combined effect of a tightly-policed salary cap and the cost of the Caterpillar Stand have hurt Cockerill more than anyone else."
Is this trying to imply that we do not spend to the salary cap?

Re: Relegation on for Sale!!!
Comparing Sale's and Leeds fixtures to the end of the season I can see only one loser - Leeds.

Re: Glaws bailed out of financial ruin!
Please feel free to correct me anyone, but with 3 fairly attractive home games and a probable home play off game to come we should end up attracting just short of 400,000 to Welford road this season. If fan's are parting with, on average, £25 a go that should give the club revenue of £10m. With a sa...

Re: Dupuy and Attoub appeal - latest
If the ERC and RFU continue to prove themselves to be incompetent then they will surely force the clubs to act independently, which may lead to the creation of something akin to the premier league in football.

Re: Dupuy and Attoub appeal - latest
Why should it matter if the RFU and French clubs are in dispute, surely the PRL clubs could decide to join with the French and Italien clubs in organising their own competition.

Re: Dupuy and Attoub appeal - latest
Decision upheld, original ban remains. Hopefully this will be the start of the end of the ERC as far as PRL clubs are concerned. A cup competition involving ourselves, the French and Italien clubs would be far better in my opinion. Leave those over the bridge and their celtic friends to play with th...

Playing the 6 nations over 5 consecutive weeks would probably solve these problems.

Re: Jerry Flannery - now banned for 6 weeks
Who else is on the committee alongside Blackett, if it's Crerar and Russell Howell then we will have the same committee that HALVED Flannery's appeal in 2008 to 4 weeks for stamping on Julien Bonnaire.

Lorne Crerar surely hasn't been appointed to chair Flannery's appeal, has he?

Re: Naughty Ospreys being investigated
Given that the ERC have proven to be completely inept and potentially corrupt, I think it would be far better to scrap it and start again, with HQ in Paris bt all means.

What's the betting that Barriscale will end up chairing the disciplinary hearing.
