The playoffs are about money, not rugby. It pains me to suggest that Saracens should be considered champions but they should be. Just as Tigers should have been two years ago.

The record books will show a five point victory. But... there is no way that Tigers' second half display could be described as acceptable, no matter who the opposition.

...3 late tries to none sort of answers the question really. One of which was an interception try - hardly something that can be attributed to good team management! But the first 20 minutes from Tigers were truly awful. Credit to the team though for staying in contention and coming good at the end.

I can recall watching an evening fixture against Loughborough Students in the early 1990s when Tigers wore red shirts - they looked really good under the lights. There was a young lad called Martin Johnson playing - wonder whatever happened to him?!
