No Martin, Chessum or Reffell - it's a worry unless they're being "saved" to be ready for Saints away.

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) - Premiership - Friday 29th March 2024 - KO: 19-45

Be very tempting to play a mix n match side for Leinster game and focus on the Prem. Tough one for the coach. Pick a full strength team. Get hosed. Pick up a couple of injuries. Weakened for Saints game. It's worth noting that Leinster have a number of injuries/injury concerns. It may well be a mix...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) - Premiership - Friday 29th March 2024 - KO: 19-45

If McKellar is telling the players to throw wild passes, carry so you’re isolated, kick aimlessly or give away silly penalties then he should go. The reality is, these are relatively experienced players making errors and bad decisions that bring the opposition back into the game, week after week. Gr...

Great to see JVP back on form, but Wiese was player of the match in my eyes. Superb in the carry, some massive hits and great work in the tight. We’re really going to miss him next season.

Not content with beating us twice, Shedweb seem more interested in Diamonds comments about our driving maul. Apparently 2 of our tries were illegal ! Comical ! It was fine when that’s all Gloucester had wasn’t it !?

Steve Diamond - comedy value right up there, absolutely hilarious. Maybe he should concentrate on what his side are doing, or rather not doing. It's a test for Dickson as it will be in the back of his mind for sure. Whilst Newcastle are missing a few key names with injury, I'm not overly confident, ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

In terms of young players coming through, there's attitude where you're supremely confident in your own ability and driven to get to the top and that manifests itself in many ways, work rate, leadership, ability etc - then there's misplaced attitude, where you think you should be playing at a higher...

That Falcons announcer/DJ bloke will crank it up, drowning out the commentary and belting out the tunes during every single break in play. Horrible !

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester (H) - Premiership - Friday 22nd March 2024 - KO:19.45

If we'd have won on Friday night it would have been the classic "papering over the cracks" scenario. Let's be blunt, we're not going to win anything this season. I get the club/coaches have to say that we're still in 2 competitions, but we're not. This isn't a new thing, we've been banging...

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester (H) - Premiership - Friday 22nd March 2024 - KO:19.45

I thought Bassett was one of our bright points. His step on Evans was sublime and the Glaws winger did a decent defensive job to stifle that one. Like I said last night, why did we buy OHC and Bassett ? They’ve probably got neck problems watching the ball flying back and forth. Falling off tackles i...

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester (H) - Premiership - Friday 22nd March 2024 - KO:19.45

It wasn’t long ago I was watching Hassell-Collins tearing it up for Irish and Bassett similarly for Wasps. They’re exciting players that thrive on quick ball. They must be stood there wondering why they moved to Tigers. When they do get the ball, it’s a wild pass either above head height or on their...

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester (H) - Premiership - Friday 22nd March 2024 - KO:19.45

We are so predictable. I forgot how bad our arrack was before the break and it’s no better. We’re just letting Gloucester gain confidence and they’re cashing in.
