Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

4 excellent games with for me the correct winners in all of them. I went 3 from 4 the only one I got wrong was France. 2 of the games Ireland/New Zealand and France/ South Africa were worthy of being finals. Semi finals I’m expecting wins for South Africa and New Zealand, which would make for a gre...

Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

The semi finals that nobody wanted. What a difference in anticipation it would have been for: Ireland v Wales France v Fiji France v Fiji I'd go with. Personally I'd be satisfied if Wales didn't make it out of the group stages! 🤣🤣 (Sorry Darling!!!) Now, playing England, on a level playing field, S...

Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

The weak pool has produced 2 semi finalists. The dross England played over the past couple of years since lockdown has perhaps shown signs of being turned round. Still some way off the best sides but as Tigers showed, the changes can be abrupt. (Mind you, many off the press would still have you bel...

Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

Dan Cole sadly looks like a competition winner who won a place in the team …something must be wrong with Sinkler and Stuart if Cole played for an hour and did what he did Sinckler looked to be struggling in the scrum. I actually don't think England have had a top class tight-head since Cole was in ...

Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

The easiest one to call for me is Wales/Argentina (happy for someone to copy and paste this afterwards to clown me haha) but I just think Wales are too too good all round for Argentina. Wales are very consistent and do everything well and I just can't see them losing. You’re a top pundit Scott. Arg...

Re: RWC 2023 Fixtures and results

Why haven’t France learnt from the DuPont injury and emptied their bench. There’s no way the likes of Jalibert should still be out there.
