Re: New Clocks Needed URGENTLY
I mentioned this on the new screen thread. Admittedly, it was very sunny on Sunday but I was having problems seeing either of the clocks and I'm sat roughly equidistant between them.

To quote Abraham Lincoln, "You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time."

Re: Well done Newbury RUFC
or, to be fair, the Crumbie I was thinking back to our match down there in '07. It was a 1pm k/o on a Sunday and three of us had arrived early and stationed ourselves in the middle of the Shed smack on the halfway line. I was amazed how the Glaws supporters far to our left could, going by their voc...

Well done Newbury RUFC
From the Beeb.
I love the comment "You hear cries from supporters who are 150 yards away, but how can they possibly tell?" It's obvious - they're usually in the Shed at Kingsholm.

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
The one thing that worries me from the article linked to by Sapajo is "and the whereabouts next term of Steve Mafi and Pablo Matera is unknown." I don't know how far Steve is through his current contract but, if the family problems continue, I can see him heading back Down Under.

Why? My season ticket entitles me to watch the match. It says nothing about having the right to look at a big screen.jonlin wrote:Will those in the Cat stand who cannot see the screen, be entitled to a season ticket discount. (sic)

Following on from GT1's comment, this was posted on the Planet Rugby site earlier today. Perhaps things are moving in the right direction?

Re: Sarries Wembley attendance. Really?
Watched the Sarries game at the weekend. Have to agree with earlier post, for 80,000 fans, sure were quiet!! I would guess Saracens have a real fan base of no more than 5000. The only way they can get anywhere near the number to fill somewhere like Wembley is to either give away thousands upon thou...
