Re: Fans supporting the club.

On a post back in July I suggested:- "Change structure from a PLC with a small number of shareholders to a fan owned rugby club. Get 20000 fans to pay £3000 each. This would guarantee a seat for next 10 years insted of a season ticket. Would raise £60mio for the club. Fans (shareholders) would...

This is nothing new - teams deemed to be 'better' get all the decisions their way.

It is just as prevalent at international level

Re: Ideas for revenue generation at Tigers

Simple!! Change structure from a PLC with a small number of shareholders to a fan owned rugby club. Get 20000 fans to pay £3000 each. This would guarantee a seat for next 10 years insted of a season ticket. Would raise £60mio for the club. Fans (shareholders) would have voting rights, input into th...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD

Let’s look at the detail though. For starters, there’s a good chance natural ability can be passed down; not always, but reasonably often. Now on to schools: surely it’s pointless looking at where they went to school whilst in the Academy? Many go to state schools but move into the private schools ...

Re: Tigers on TV today

It wasn't Rodber that Corry floored, it was the other Saints lock who had thrown several punches at Healey but failed to connect with any of them.

At the time Rodber was having handbags with Backy

Mefin Davies at hooker would give you France back, Dupuy at scrum half

Not seen it noted on here anywhere but chit chat on Soshul Meja suggesting Jonny May has broken jaw... :smt017 Big up the England physio who left him on the field if true.... Parkes didn't tackle Manu, it was nothing just a collesion, the players reaction told you that, Owens should of had 10, Sanj...

The Parkes one is a disgrace. Was the Liam Williams the flip clearance out of the ruck? If so should have been a yellow IMO (same goes for Ken Owens, England scoring shouldn't have negated it)

Letting them in would have cost nothing but potentially generated revenue from programs, food & drink etc.

Then if he must ensure that they're aware they won't be allowed in next time

Re: England v Wales

Manu's was a red all day long under the current guidelines - first point of contact was the head and with force. Mind you so was Parkes' on Manu that got nothing because he bounced up and play carried on after just the penalty. Ken Owens' would probably have been a yellow had England not scored as i...

Ahead of Patchell (RWC semi finalist) and Dan Jones who a lot of people think might still keep Patchell out when he comes back from injury?

Re: QUINS VS TIGERS 28TH DEC

Feel that the ref changed his opinion of the scrum for the last few minutes. The scrum we splintered and shoved back at a rate and then the knock on and offside missed. That should have been Tigers penalty near halfway with a man advantage and 4 minutes to play. In the last minute defensive scrum co...
