Re: Tigers v Exeter (Away) - 10th September 2022 - 3-00pm

We’ve been terrible really, no ambition and no threat ball in hand.

Refereeing isn’t great but SB will be reading the riot act at half time

Re: Still stuck in the mud! - Development updates

Not many city centre hotels around the UK have lots of parking - I’ve recently stayed at hotels in Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and you are using car parks 500m+ away so I don’t think that is an issue per se

Re: Worcester’s woes

Rumours are that Worcester owe Gloucester £500k+ and if Worcester go under they may take Gloucester with them.

No idea if that is true but could be the reason for the aforementioned worry about a West Country Club going under too?

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 - Prisoner of Oadby Pre-Season

Come the time he leaves I’m sure there will be plenty of deserved plaudits heading his way. I don’t think it can be underestimated what a significant factor he’s been in the resurgence of Tigers - at times in those early days he’s was almost the single source of attacking threat ball in hand. Last s...

Highlights of Tom Horton, for those interested.
Looks very mobile and like he’ll get around the park like Dolly.

If he can offer a solid set piece too then he could be a ideal pick up

Re: Aus v England - 09th July 2022 - Team to save Eddies job!

Smiths problem is he's a running fly half, England are only used to kicking fly halves, ie Ford and Farrell, they really only know how to playing the kicking, chasing game, its the way Jones wants it and I think Smith has found Jones out, Jones does not know Smiths style and is having to try to lea...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 - Prisoner of Oadby Pre-Season

Isn’t that Italy U20 flanker on the way - maybe SB will try use him and Ilione as a 3rd/4th choice choice 7 behind Reffell and Cracknell? Hanro can also play there too and with Martin, Henderson, Chessum all able to play 6 there should be options. The reduction in salary cap will have a big effect I...

Re: SUMMER RUGBY INTERNATIONALS 2022

Start with Farrell at 10, Porter and Marchant at centre and replace Farrell with Smith on about 50 minutes You’ve got to have proper pace out wide so id play May. Maybe even Arundell too or at least bring him on earlier along with JVP. There are only so many times a loop behind the first receiver i...

Some pace on the pitch and we score twice - pretty simple really at times

Re: SUMMER RUGBY INTERNATIONALS 2022

Smith plays so deep it’s ineffectual and predictable

I’m no expert but if he plays I’m guessing the set up has to be the same as at Quins otherwise there is no point to him or Care.

Care has been ok to be fair but got quieter as the games gone on - why JVP isn’t on I don’t know

Very good point - hadn’t thought of that

What a tremendous win. All the players, coaches and wider staff have put alot of effort in to achieve such a marvellous end to the season. I think I can say to SB, in response to his standard mantra, yes you have put in a performance that the supporters can be proud of. I have to admit here, I alwa...

If you want a laugh read Sarries chief cheerleader’s match report in the Times - quite the take.
I did. I have forgotten it instantly. I would recommend Robert Kitson's report for the Guardian
100% - Michael Aylwins piece is good too
