Will games get cancelled?

So Scotland are banning all gatherings over 500 people, the govt are talking about bringing in the next phase to delay the spread, Leicester football club have three players in isolation, I am being asked to stay at home to work (as I am sure some of you are) It wouldn’t surprise me if the rest of t...

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback Seasons 2017,2018 & 2019/20

I think the wait times and service has definitely improved this year. I also like the seating in the ABC bar/lounge and I have just had a look at last years pint pot and this years. Last year has the sight line about 4mm below the brim. A pint in last years pot filled to the sight line does fit in t...

Re: England v Ireland travel

For Twickers I've tended to drive to Staines and park in Kingston Road Carpark (a small car park just before you get to the station). Getting back last time we found it worked quite well to walk to Whitton (the next station up the line (toward Staines) basically follow the duel carriageway to the r...

Re: England v Ireland travel

Thanks everyone for all the advice. I think Staines it is (or Staines on Thames as it has been renamed!) If anyone is going from MH, (or can get to MH) I will be driving to Staines then catching train in to Richmond, Twickenham or Whitton, and will have space for two (or three if you know each other...

England v Ireland travel

So I was lucky (or unlucky when I was told the price) to get a couple of tickets to the England Ireland 6N game through the ballot I have just gone to book the train tickets and it is a bus replacement service from market harborough to luton ( and I assume from Leicester as well) My question to anyo...

Re: Tigers vs Cardiff - 12th January 2020

Slightly off topic but that win means we top the group and have a quarter finals at home? Correct? I assume these tickets aren’t included in the season tickets, and will be released nearer the time. Does anyone know if season ticket holders can get first dibs on their usual seats? It may only be the...

Re: Is anyone going to Twickenham

The bbc are reporting that there is a full crowd expected! I am getting very excited at the thought of the atmosphere that should await (but not looking forward to getting “the might quins” tune stuck in my head for days after!) come on tiger’s!!!!

Re: Is anyone going to Twickenham

I am going with my son along with two quins supporting friends. Won’t know where we are sitting until we all meet up pre match however hoping for a result. We always seem to do well when I travel south (at least we did against saints in the last twickers match I went too and also last time I went to...

Re: New Rip Off Plastic Beer Mugs

The ABC bar was fine yesterday. Got a full pint of Guinness each time, bit of a small head, but tasted alright, queue times were good, forgot my wallet but paid no problem with Apple Pay on my phone. Didn’t get charged the extra pound for deposit each time. I did see people getting their own 2 pint ...

Re: Tigers app - why no ref feed?

Shame as I was thinking of getting one this year, I can't seem to find them on sale at any of the rugby clubs either. There used to be an AllSport radio that picked up normal and ref radio but this isn't being sold anymore on Amazon either. Oh well, just have to have another year of making up my own...
