If Loffredo goes then those that have worked with him have to go. Obviously we don't know for sure but I think it would be wrong to reward those that may have contributed to this season's poor form. Yes we got to 2 finals but we've struggled against some mediocre teams and things worse as the big na...

Why are you so surprised by our poor defense - it's been like it all season! Two areas stand out. Around the ruck - none of the players seem to want to take responsibility for making the tackle. In the tackle itself - not attempting to stop the player merely using the players momentum to bring them ...

I think it puts the onus back on physio and coaches to look after their players and accept responsibility for looking after their players. They still have the option of putting more front row players on the bench to reduce the chances of injuries forcing uncontested scrums. Would Wasps have picked V...

Don't allow a replacement
If a side doesn't have a fit substitute and as a result is unable to field a front row thus forcing uncontested scums then it's simple - don't permit a replacement to come on. That way you find out if the injury is genuine or if it's tactical and the front row player is simply shagged out. If the pl...

Don't just blame the centres
Why have Hipkiss's performances been less effective this season? Partly because the forwards haven't been there to support him when he does opt for contact - why don't we opt for the conventional 2 flankers & a No8 in the back row instead of 2 No8s? Corry & Crane are No8s & not flankers ...

I'm not sure who is in charge at present. We seem to be making the same negative selections as we did last season. Don't blame the backs - the problem is the the forwards are not taking the ball up and releasing it quickly - simply trying the same things 20 times in a row in spite of the first 19 ma...

England played poorly in the world cup but with the exception of South Africa most of the other big boys played poorly in the big games. (Putting 100 points on a minnow in the pool stages isn't the same as playing well) England scraped through the pool stages. Beat Australia because they can't scrum...

Too many of the pundits are ex-internationals. Playing rugby for England seems to be too much about waiting your turn rather than being the best player now or probably the best in the future. How long had Neil Back been the outstanding back row player in England before he got regular selection - age...
