Re: Surgery for Logo and Slates?
His Roman numeral number tattoo is far too good to be self applied in a mirror, the usual reason tats are in reverse, unless it just says MUM :smt023 A little while ago Cockers did say that Logo would be having a small op to 'tidy things up', in the mean time they were keeping a watchful eye on him....

Re: Tigers v Sarries - Saturday 21st May at 12-30
Sarries were confident (obviously after last week) and more powerful and determined. We were on a suicide mission. The scrum was better than last time we played there but still not good enough to give the backs good ball - Sarries playing offside helped them. The breakdown was a farce a lot of the t...

Re: Mobile Crane on the move?
No one ever seems to mention the fact that you need someone running on your shoulder to offload - not something that Crane had many times at Tigers!! Plus the level of the Churchill cup is significantly lower than the premiership IMO. At-a-boy Cradiff, don't give the bloke any glory. I too agree wi...

Didn't Darren Garforth return to the family scaffolding business and 'do something' at Nuneaton RFC? Also I thought Leon Lloyd had a share in a property development company and recently heard he does motivational speaking, but not too sure about that.

Re: Genge
Well his job was to impress at every opportunity, most of which would have been at Oval Park, and certainly has done that. There have been calls for a knarley old fat boy to bulk up the front row options but I think Genge has looked very promising as a mobile prop for the future. A real keeper.

Re: Toomua injured!
Obviously Cockers doesn't have crystal balls to foresee these events. My first thought was that the Tigers' jinx has extended its range to the other side of the world and developed time travel to get him way before he starts here.

Re: Teams Up v Worcester
I think the bookies have ignored our injuries and rotation.. Several bookies have them +20pts @ 10/11.. Can you really see us doing them by 20 points tomorrow given the side we have out? The fact that we don't need a TBP but do need a win almost makes me think.. I don't see why this team couldn't g...

Re: Next weekend
From what I gather Bristol have the option to bring him back for the play offs should they need him i.e. Injuries etc ...and do we know what the problem with Robinson / Bristol was? At the time it seemed to read like he was 'getting out of Dodge'! :smt028 He liked 'a night out' apparently, not that...

Re: Club Rugby
The slippery road we are looking down has football at the other end of it. The enormous amounts of money being pumped into the game by TV fees distorts the whole playing field, if you'll excuse the pun. The result has been that the perceived wisdom until this season was that the Premiership could on...

Re: Racing Metro Paris at Nottingham
Apparently Cockers went into the changing room after the game and sat down and in despair put his head in his hands - and dropped it.

I got the impression that it was up to Genge to prove himself at Oval park this season, especially as now the stakes are very high, too high to risk anything too new as the season comes to a climax. Looks like a good prospect though.

Re: A portrait of Racigne's Mr Lorenzetti
You do appear quite bitter ZSF - get it off your chest, you'll feel much better. Over here the rich men rule these days, and it's all the sweeter when things go wrong. At least Tigers look like an old fashioned club and not just a rich man's toy. But even so as fans we seem to be the last thing on t...

Re: MOSS - V - Wigglesworth
Having heard the Radio Leicester boys moaning about the ref after the game I watched the MOTD replay and discussion about the match. In rugby the main issues are around the scrum and the front rows. But the ref at the King Power was awful, but I got the impression that he was basically typical. When...
