No real problems, lots of baby changing around the ground, and they are free to take in to the ground, but have to sit on your knee, or in a carrier.
Beware that sometimes the crowd noise can scare them, people often use baby ear muffs to stop this.

There has always been 2 groups organising Travel to away Games, the Group John organises, and the group Tigers organise. This will just replace the Tigers group, like for like I assume.
