Re: RWC 2011 - Which club has provided the most players?

Pretty easy to find. RWC Squads into google, and the first link that comes up is the wikipedia page, and it's on that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Rugby_World_Cup_squads#Player_representation_by_club 7 clubs have provided more players than Leicester and a further one has provided the same numb...

Re: The Argies sent them homeward tae think again!

Wayne Barnes rank rotten as usual. Contepomi was a mile offside at the end when he charged Parks' drop goal, Barnes miseed it. Idiot cost us the game.

Re: Euan Murray

I cant see how he can call for games on a sunday to be stopped. Exactly. How can he be so arrogant to almost claim that his belief is the one true belief and everyone should fall into step with him? That's what most belief systems claim. If you're a Christian you claim it too. He has every right to...

Re: Hands up for a game against Saracens?

At 5'10", 16 1/2 stone, I'm obviously only going to play 1, 2 or 3. I was thinking of taking a doctor's line for my knees to the game on Saturday just in case I got a tap on the shoulder on the way in....

Re: Waldrom to join England squad in NZ

This is very bizarre news as I had it that no additional players beyond the squad of 30 were allowed "in country" and certainly anybody leaving the 30 man squad is permanently out. That's what I thought. Waldrom won't be allowed to train with the squad or be a part of any squad sessions o...

Re: Why did we let Amorasino go?

Let us hope that the rumours about AAC arriving from the Aussies is true.... Whilst I would welcome him signing for us, I thought this 'rumour' had died a death some time ago? IIRC he extended his deal with the ARU for another 2 years earlier this year, staying at the Brumbies. Could be wrong and t...

Re: Idiot ITV commentators

Phil Vickery is awful too. Adds no insight or analysis at all. I know Brian Moore isn't everyone's cup of tea, but at least he tells you some things you don't know yourself, which is the reason to have expert analysts.

Re: England v Georgia - Moody returns

If Georgia had a kicker worth a hoot then England would have had a far more worrying time. I think Georgia demonstrated that they're going to keep getting better (their scrum was very, very, good) and given the investment that's going in to the game over there they will be knocking on the door extrem...

Re: Newcastle Vs Leicester

Very lucky yesterday I thought. One bad pass at the end let us get away with it. However, on the bright side, it's a win and to be honest if we're only a couple of wins back from the top when everyone comes back from the RWC, that's a gap we can make up. If we have to be in good form for the end of ...

Re: New users! Say hello, introduce yourself here.(new thread)

Hi, new member here. Moved down to the East Midlands last year from Scotland, been to a few tigers games since I arrived and will be going to a good few more! Main reason to come on here was to find a few good pubs for pre/post game, so I'm glad to see there's a list already - just need to try them ...
