PRTV - help!
Now I have an internet connection fast enough to support live streaming, I'd like to watch some matches on PRTV that aren't to be shown on TNT Sports. The issue I now have is that I haven't a clue hpw to do this. The PRTV website seems to be stuffed full of links to sponsors and the individual clubs...

I guess by then Day-glo may qualify as both a player and coach?

Ofsted needs to inspect the tackle school as it appears to be failing.

Re: Rugby World Cup warm up games
If you were selecting a Lions touring party right now, based on current form (and results?!), how many England players and coaches would receive an invitation? Probably a number very close to zero. In every position you'd be able to name at least two or three Irish, Scottish (or even Welsh) players ...

Re: Rugby World Cup warm up games
I agree with many of the recent comments on this thread, esepcially BigDan50's. I watched all three games on Prime yesterday. Ireland won at a jog. France vs Fiji at a different level so it'll be very interesting to see how England go next week. England seem muscle-bound yet still not able to domina...

Re: Rugby World Cup warm up games
Anyone subscribing to the "push" theory being the mitigating factor in the illegal high tackle on W20 by E10 evidently has no understanding of basic phyisics. E2 was struggling to catch up with W20 and W20 was effectively running away from E2. E2 going flat out so how much momentum could h...

Due to no AIs, does the RFU (and the other unions) get a share of WC profits?

Re: World Cup Squad Announcements
There's no mention of a specific injury to Stuart Hogg. I just wonder if he's lost that searing pace and acceleration that made him a special player.

Re: World Cup Squad Announcements
It would be nice to celebrate our players making World Cup squads WITHOUT being concerned as to how we’re going to survive without them in the premiership… Well I wish we could discuss games without discussing what the ref missed and what shouldn’t/ should have been a card and instead concentrate o...

Regarding the latest complaints about the gradient on the playing surface, perhaps they should ask how an island with a population similar to the English East Midlands region can support for 'outfits' when it has competition from additional team sports? Who says the funds raised in Dublin should be ...

They thrive on publicity, good and bad, but may be one step from a "prawn sandwich" moment in their history.tigerburnie wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 6:30 pm There's quite a booming brewing industry in Scotland just now, but Brew Dog isn't one of the better ones.

Re: Murrayfield - diabolical facilities!
Having lived in Edinburgh for a while a few years ago, I'd endorse most of the above. The Athletics Arms aka Diggers is worth a visit. In the New Town, the Cumberland Bar. If you're into craft beer then try the Southern Bar. Teuchters Landing in Leith usually has some uncommon ales on too eg porter.

Re: Champions Cup Final
Not sure I like this slagging off of all things Leinster. From what I've read they have largely done things the right way. I don't believe refs are biased so if Leinster are playing a certain way and not getting penalised others should simply do the same. Reminds me of the era when we won European ...

Article in the Mail Online: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/article-12093365/Smart-ball-technology-used-World-Rugby-U20-Championship.html I didn't see any mention of scrum feeds until I saw the start of this senstence, "A direct feed will be made..." (not into the second row?)...

Re: What is a forward pass?
During Sunday's semi-final, Raffi Quirke had a try disallowed after TMO (& ref) review. I'm sure I heard Wayne Barnes mention the direction of the passer's hands.....
I assume Wayne knows the laws (and clarifications) as well as anyone.
