Re: Matt Toomau
So, is there any confirmation as to when MT and JPP will actually turn up at Tigers?

Re: Championship
But why not have (potentially) two champions? At the moment the team who finishes top after the league season may well end up with nothing to show for it. I don't like the play offs particularly, but the money men have one that battle, so my point is to recognise the league run and then the play offs.

Re: Championship
No I hate the idea of having a league winners trophy and the play offs. It's one or the other. You either have the current format or the more traditional and probably correct and proper way of if you finish top, you are champions. I think that's what I'm suggesting - win the league = League Champio...

Re: Championship
As far as the Premiership is concerned I've thought for some time that the winners of the week by week league should be League Champions and then the top 4 teams play off for a League Cup. Nothing really changes, but the trophies reflect reality.

How they stayed fit
Now, I'm not particularly interested in soccer, but this caught my eye and made me wonder whether Tigers are as advanced. Bearing in mind our proximity, might there be shared interest?

Worcester going artificial
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/35988723 The odd thing here is the phrase "But Sixways will be the first in the United Kingdom with an organic infill, rather than the more widely used rubber crumb made from shredded car tyres". What does this mean? I presume they're not considering ...

Re: France v England team news
I have been quite a critic of YBY's apparent lethargy, but in his last England game he was much quicker. Unfortunately, his accuracy, whilst improving, is still somewhat lacking, and even though I think Ford should have either dummied his kick last week or at least not kicked the ball, it didn't hel...

Re: Farrell must go
As a matter of interest how many of the current England team might be deemed world-class enough to play for Australia, NZ or SA?

Re: Farrell must go
Generally in agreement with the paucity of world-class 10s in England, but EJ has to go with what's available. Farrell reminds me of Ashton in many ways, especially his tendency to start a fracas, but quickly move away afterwards. Oh, and being generally silly! However, the fly-halves' performance i...
