I am aghast at those advocating Backy! Or for that matter any of the Leicester family, it is time for outside views at the top post. By all means keep the various coaches as Leiceter family. Going back to Backy, he has got to earn his spurs and he is miles away from that. I started a thread today ab...

Admittedly not the best game to use as an example because we were not good at everything we did, but against Irish on Boxing Day our defence looked very vulnerable to pace, even first phase defnce seems ropey out in the three-quarters. We may have the worst record in the top 8, but haven't we also ...

Tigers Defence
I have seen no threads about Tigers defensive record. We have the worst defensive record in the top 8 of the GP. It doesn't much for your defensive coaching! Anyone got any ideas why we are this state - could it be rotation or is it just that we have lost direction in this aspect of the game? After ...

The club still do not accept it as there is nothing on the site yet! Anyway, I agree Pat has done a good job in getting a very good squad together and managing a transition with key, influential players moving on. There are still parts of the jigsaw missing, namely fly-half and inside centre but I h...

Now I agree that we had a bad day at the offie, but what is all this talk of there being too many changes? We started with our best prop (Castro), and another very mean srummager (Moreno). We started with 2 of our best locks (3 if you count the out of place Deacon!!!) and 2 of our best back row for...

Guiness Prem - Bad for England and Bad for Fans - Discuss
Bristol's apparent decision to field a weakened side against us on Friday sums up all that is wrong with English Rugby and displays a scant disregard for fans. 1st England. If coaches/players can pick which games to turn up how can they play with the intensity required at international level. IMO th...

i was so looking forward to perry vs ellis aswell - perry - solid ball passer but not much of a risk taker, ellis - takes the gambles and risks and often pays them off, perry - big defence - ellis - big on offence. but hey, i'll guess we'll see when its election time for the world cup. I reckon tha...

Re: Backrow Madness
This was our best back row display this season by miles - we had our best 3 players in their best positions and its a shame PH did not work this out earlier .Harry ellis was top notch as well and I think that from 1 to 9 we are as good as anyone - however from 10 onwards it is clear that we still h...

Backrow Madness
I hope that the displays from the backrow of Moody, Jennings, Corry in the last 2 games has put to bed the selection madness that has been apparent throughout this season so far. Namely playing Louis Deacon at No 6. The displays of the back-row have been dynamic and powerful with all 3 players playi...

OK, before the game we would have all taken 13-28 but I really felt disappointed at the end of the game becasue we were brilliant in the first half and should now be sitting at the top of the table for the next 36 hours. It all sounds churlish to whinge after an away win in France but after that 1st...
