Re: The Tigers business model

An interesting thread. We already have one very significant shareholder who seems happy not to interfere with the running of the club. ( im sure someone else will fill in the details my wandering mind has forgotten) With due respect to what has been achieved in the past, it is time for new blood, b...

Re: The Tigers business model

What a sensible & realistic post.
I vote you onto the 'Board'
Shame no one at the club is reading this forum, they are not interested anyway, just look at the Catering thread and how long we have been complaining about the lack of service!
(Since the Next/Cat stand was opened, FYI)

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback Season 2016/17

So slow again in the Final Whistle pitch side.
Both Mr Tom, Chairman & Mr Simon Cohen, Chief Exec walked through about 15 minutes to kick off and they saw the queue.
I wonder if any improvement will now be made.

Re: Simon Cohen's well chosen words ..............again

Silverware vs Sustainability, it's an interesting question to try and answer. I don't believe that there is any doubt that our success over the last 20 years has led to increasing crowds, ground improvements etc. We have been able to increase our income from sponsorship, but for some reason we have...

With respect, this was just one example of where Tigers are missing out on a better revenue stream - 'e.g'

Re: Simon Cohen's well chosen words ..............again

It's all very well, as you mostly seem to be, accepting that there isn't enough money in the Tigers coffers to spend at the level that Saffas & Other clubs with sugar daddies are able. IF, & it's a big IF, Tigers maximised their income, e.g. Get the bar and food service efficient in the Fina...

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback Season 2016/17

Hopeless today. Waited a good 20 minutes to get served in the final whistle.
Asked for 2 halves of lager and a pint of Guiness.
I was then asked what is lager!!!
Not which lager but "WHAT IS LAGER"!

You couldn't make it up

Re: Decent real ale pubs close to City Ground?

Please go to Notts Rugby, next door to Forests ground, where there will be a fan zone and bar.
The beer there is always good.
And Notts Rugby always appreciate the support.
The atmosphere at their home games is good and V friendly.

Re: E Cal

Heres another question about Ecal... & apologies for being near to drawing my old age pension and not really computer savvy! I have the E cal on my iPhone - no problem and it works fine. I have now bought an iMac. The Ecalendar does not automatically copy what is on the iPhone to the iMac. It co...

I know this is really a tech forum question but not a lot of people use that.
Does anyone know when the E Cal will be available to download to iPad or iPhone for next season

Re: I'm confused, are you?

I think I am not the only one who wonders whether the era of two European titles on the trot is over for good. Superb supporters do not bring us a superb team. It seems a very ordinary bunch of professionals these days and the buzz of anticipation that I used to get about the next home game is no m...
