Re: Exeter Chiefs 21st December

Back row seems to be typical. Unbalanced, as usual.
Slow , not as strong as the Chiefs, and ripe for being in second place.. Lets hope miracles happen and I'm wrong...

Re: Leicester are like Arsenal - and Lourdes?

Lose the next three games with our Stars in situ, and you can kiss goodbye to Premiership--------- unless of course whoever wins the Championship isnt suitable/ doesnt exercise their right..

Re: Joe Batley signed on loan today

Sorry to hear the lad had cancer, but brilliant he has been given an all clear.
Let us all hope he replicates Ellis, as another prize from Bristol.
After all, Tigers were always the No 1 Club in Europe...

Re: Joe Batley signed on loan today

All right I apologise to the young lad, who no one has any personal grievance against . Certainly not me. I am sure in time, he will be a Genge replica. At 20 stone, even the latter might be a tad awed.... But obviously I put the point in an incorrect and unfair fashion---inasmuch we are bottom of t...

Re: Joe Batley signed on loan today

This says it all about our chronic tightfisted management.
GO AND PURCHASE A BLINKING GREAT HULKING SOUTH SEA ISLANDER WHO MIGHT MAKE A DENT IN THE OPPOSITION. Not a second rater from Bristol who will report all our non-moves.

Re: Championship Rugby

All possible. But we are joint favourites to be relegated.
But
Maybe Newcastle might not want to come up, because it would involve their owner spending a Queens ransom updating a very sparse Premiership squad... Just to come down again.......

Re: Calvisano v Tigers - return fixture next week

The Italians love taking their time over everything, so maybe White will find common ground and stay there..

Re: Mark Bakewell - gone? (Rumour)

When our once mighty invincible club are reduced to a squad that might not even win the Championship, and the lack of motivation from a small selection is evident every time the poo hits the fan, then every supporter has the right to question what on heavens earth goes on in in the Boardroom. They h...

Rather have May than Youngs, both of them, and Tuilagi.
Must keep Genge Ford and May

Maybe with a bit of luck , we could swop him with someone who is available 24/7 , mentally, and physically ????

Or get a Sports Physiologist in to evaluate what goes on in his upstairs department ?

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2019/20 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 2

Our back 5 options apart from Tomas and Guy are embarrassingly light, Championship material but definitely no where near the standard us old Tigers supporters have become accustomed to. A few more required are absolutely vital.

Re: Championship Rugby

If they remove Murphy and a stack of Coaches now, they will survive, just.
Otherwise no, and our only saviour then would be either Cornish Pirates or Newcastle not exercising their option !!

Re: Saints away - Saturday 30th November

Alesana wasnt particularly bothered about tackling head on, , and to add fuel to the fire , nor is Manu. That is someone, 17 stone plus, running directly at them....... Anthony Allen, similar Brad Barritt, totally different ballgame. Those boys had guts, lots of it.
