Re: PRC Round 1 - Warriors vs Tigers

Look at it from Wuss POV. They don't crush this team, bad for morale. Tigers take them to the whistle in close order, that is a big statement.

From their signings I suspect they had known of this for a long time, and also expect another signing post WC.

Re: New Kit

Both seem OK, at least no bib, no candy stripes etc. I'm always bemused as there is no real need for an away kit except if Irish are around....needless to say, will be in 2008-9 season kit as usual, or Superdry.

Re: Youngs injured in pub brawl

Just proves that Murphy has no control over the players and it's very clear they have no respect for him. As I've said in previous post there is a group of senior players who run the club. A sorry state. What dismal horse are you riding? You continually harp on about toxic culture at Bath, now you'...

Re: England v Ireland

The stiff "clothesline" he did across the head of one of the England players? It’s on Instagram and on first viewing doesn’t look great. On Curry I think when he has just given the pass for Daley to score Saw it on the highlights, not knowing about it in advance, and shouted 'clothesline......red c...

Manu on hiding injuries - makes sense given the dip in performance before injury that was noted - he was already injured but hiding it.
So Tigers do use a sports psychologist.

Re: Food for thought for the keyboard warriors?

As someone who weight trained from 14, athletics with some rugby till 19, a long break with some casual rugby for the decadent 70s, then a decade of running, a decade of (M40) athletics and rugby (till 45), fitness training continuing into my 60s with a bit of orienteering - I have arthritic knees, ...

Re: European fixtures

Just got the following in an e-mail: Fixture information for the 2019/20 Heineken Champions Cup and European Rugby Challenge Cup will be finalised after the publication of the calendars for Europe’s three professional domestic leagues. We expect that an announcement will be forthcoming in the first...

I'm really struggling to link the header question to his story! 🤔
I'm super stoked he's now okay though!
One for the people who criticise players for lack of moral fibre, effort etc etc. I hate wilful nasty and inaccurate criticism.

Absolutely awful, and adds weight to those who criticise some of the (earlier) national level approach to training.

Re: 'Flexible' pricing

Been saying how expensive Exeter is, prices soared as the available income of the nouveau supporters did. First season my bro hasn't bought a ST (for the North stand) having had a membership/ST since Championship days. The Hooray Henries pay a bit more than £775 for their ultra tickets I believe, no...

Re: When the world cup is done and dusted

There was a time where forward passes and the offside line didn't count in SR but the reffing this season has been a million times better than the GP,not even close! Some of the domestic reffing has been abysmal! The standard of reffing here is abysmal in general, hilarious in the Pro14 but slightl...

Re: When the world cup is done and dusted

Amazes me how highly some people rate players that they have probably not seen play, even on television. It will be some time after the end of our guys participation in the World Cup that we will see them available for first team action. by then we will have informed opinions about some of the new ...
