Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 5

What we need is to ensure an environment where he and his family feel loved. When your kids a toddler you want them to know their dads a hero and then when their of school age it’s about friendships. My solution is that we show them the love and tweek the emotional heart strings. Yes it’s their care...

Are you simply copy and pasting from Tigers Twitter feed, or do you write the twitter feed?
Or are you working for the tigers doing the twitter feed

May as well add Graham Kitchener - Worcester to the list of outgoings.
At his peak amazing in the line out with great speed in the open but never had the grunt or abrasiveness to take it up to England level

Give an choice I’d have Ed every game so as long as we get an equal younger option great

Re: The Derby Round v Northampton - Premiership Rugby Cup

Everyone before you judge the result look at our bench they are not next years future many are playing only their first senior game. We played our development and academy players and they played people like Gibson and Barrow who last year would have been our firsts. When you think of it like that we...

Re: Who would you like to see as the new DOR / Head Coach?

I say we tell Geordie we will review it at Christmas and then decide if he needs a DOR / Consultant. If its going OK - let's give him till the end if the RWC year - as we will need someone who knows our youngster's and can motivate them. I also think from now on he's either head coach or its time to...

Re: Exeter team

I'm optimistic

Its nearly are full first team only Genge and TPN would normally start.

This will give us a really good insight into our team and how good it is against the best.

When I look at our backs we have nearly all internationals and great replacements all of which most teams would want!!

Re: The Secret of their Success

The Rutland Water events each year look a good laugh but there definitely planned - this seemed more of a throw the pads in the back and were off

As for Skeggy it's still nearly a 100 miles away

Re: The Secret of their Success

Natural bonding across the teams

Does Leicester needs a beach 🏖️ - I spent my entire childhood wishing we were closer to the sea so it's a big yes for me

The Secret of their Success

So I'm on my holidays making sandcastles on Exmouth Beach And who rocks up but the Exeter Chiefs looked like their academy and development squad -practising scrums on the beach and hit bags Then the rest of the squad turned up - making the most of the summer but clearly bonding. It wasn't a photo sh...

Re: Squad Analysis

Lots of valid points being made Over the coming season some will need to be given game time however this can mean cameo's. When we have the autumn internationals we will all be reminded of how many of our first team will be away and then we will all be reminded of the need for them to come through. ...

Re: Tigers in the U20 JRWC squads

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop our next set of homegrown Tigers so that they can step up when others are away at the RWC in 2019.

In fact their development will be imperative to our success in that season

Re: Squad Analysis

I wonder if our management have remembered the need next year to have one eye on development as the RWC 2019 finishes in November (so I believe) so we're going to need a lot of our young guns to be properly blooded
