Re: Exiles vs Bath

One thing of note is that our back line was not a recognised one with internationals still away. Bath are at full strength....not saying we would have won.
Irish are starting to lose players to injury so the depth of their squad is going to be tested.

Re: TV coverage affects results

So, I had the discussion with my wife watching on TV, does the TMO hear the commentary? The TMO has a number of screens in front of him and he has one screen which is about ten seconds behind.....this enables him to make a quick check of a situation from the ref without play having to stop unnecess...

Anyone got a clue what that red card was for? Game over, I predict 3/4 more tries for Tigers to paper over the cracks and disguise the performance.
Davide Zanetti had been given a yellow card earlier in the match. This may have been a second yellow and a subsequent red rather than a straight red.

Re: This Weekend in Europe

Yes I believe Wayne recently did an A Level in French to improve himself in Europe. Wayne has been speaking French in matches now for 2 or 3 years, its good to hear! It annoys me when the likes of Nigel speaks in his Welsh accent, I can't understand him so how do others especially French, Italians ...

Re: Tigers v Calvisano - Teams up!

This game will not have the pressure of a Pemiership game and would hope that the team can string some set plays together and put in a performance. The team needs to gel and settle and this is an ideal opportunity for that and also build a littel bit of confidence.

Re: Tigers v Calvisano - Teams Up

Telusa Veainu and Tommy Reffell return to the Leicester Tigers squad for Saturday’s Pool 5 fixture in the European Challenge Cup against Rugby Calvisano. Tonga international full-back Veainu is in the squad for the first time since the Gallagher Premiership win over Gloucester last month as flanker ...

Re: Saints away - Saturday 30th November

The points difference after five games between Saints and Tigers is: ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY!!!! Explain that, coaches, players and board of directors! Possibly because Saints have won four games and are in the positive. Tigers have lost four and are in the negative. Wasps are also in a similar posi...

Re: Saints away - Saturday 30th November

The biggest difference between the two teams yesterday was that Saints were playing with confidence and Tigers did not have the same confidence. Some wins must be ground out to raise the confidence levels within the squad. Also Nayavoro was causing problems every time he had the ball and he is a ver...

Very very quiet from club and players today.
Certain amount of wound licking and trying to get some dignity back, but it does make you wonder if moves are afoot
It is a Sunday.
