Re: Sarsons calling for salary cap to be abolished
Some questions in my mind ... Would more money increase quality of UK based player pool ? Would more money increase crowds and public interest ? Would more money increase player welfare ? Would more money attact Young athletes that would otherwise do other sports ? Would more money attract more rich...

Re: Toulon now threaten to sue 2 Tigers Fans.
The two pieces of abuse I heard related to self-abuse and throwing a caber. There was nothing I heard anywhere near Shed standard. That isn't to say some oaf did not utter something far worse. Simon, don't go to Glaws if you don't want to hear the worst of rugby abuse; Sale used to be poor, but the...

Re: Toulon now threaten to sue 2 Tigers Fans.
Firstly .... DA seems to have reacted in a way 99.999 percent of professional players would not and should not ... So should be penalised of course. Secondly .... The trend towards touch line abuse has to be stopped ... To be honest if some drunken T..W was giving me personal aggressive verbals I wo...

If Wales had Genia and Sexton ???
If Wales had Genia and Sexton .... Discuss ..... And even without such fantasies the 2015 RWC group of death with Eng, Aus and Wales looks frantic

Re: Rebels v Lions
Could be quite a game ... Most of these players could easily be in test 3 ... Given possible injuries and the fact that Lions will win test 2 (IMHO) ... I think test 2 will be brutal beyond belief with Lions sniffing 80 minutes to historic victory and Aussies backed in a corner (very very dangerous)...

Re: Lions v Oz
I think 2nd test will be quite different .. Hopefully the breakdown will be more competitive and The Lions should use scrum and maul pressure more. Australia will be flying in attack and will for sure score tries and kick goals better .... So Lions need to up the game. Strategy of power tight then g...

Re: More problems for the Aussies - Horwill cited
Initially it was not clear if he could see WJ properly, but as noted above he crossed his right leg left and well back in a stamping not driving motion .. There can be no other logical deduction other than clear intent .. He went off balance by doing this and weakened any drive that people would nor...

Re: Croft, Tom Youngs only as starters....
IMHO I don't see the logic ... Virtually all of the Tuesday 23 will not start on Sat and Manu has been training .... That being said Davies / BOD would be good .... Just lacking the BOOSSHH ... That Gats likes

Re: Wade to join up with the Lions
Agreed .... I suspect that we are for sure not being told all about the injuries ... They will be probably be more numerous and serious than is being portrayed ... Alternatively what if the day before the test both North and Manu are declared fit ? That would be a real boost.

Re: Croft, Tom Youngs only as starters....
Seems to have gone quiet about Manu shoulder ? If Roberts is crocked then Manu would seem to almost like for like and Manu went well with BOD. However Davies was very good yesterday.

Shane Williams - You Could See This Coming ?
So Gatland and crew now call up Shane to join 36 and Barritt and the Lions backs are the walking wounded. It's hardly surprising with the regularity of the guys having to backup Sat to Tuesday games. Yet again only two fly halves were taken. Gatland complains that the Lions needed more tough games y...

Re: Aviva final ***Wayne Barnes does not want to be rememb
Barnes had a great game and yet seems to get little credit .... Which is a great shame. I am a Leicester supporter ... Yes this is true, but the Laws tackles on Floody were fair .... Very hard but fair ... That's called good rugby in my book ... Re the drop out into touch ... The ref has no obligati...
