Re: What?? Prem clubs should employ refs?

My favourite line... We're trying to get the audience who have not yet come - if they don't have a clue about any of the decisions, how are we going to persuade them to watch?" Wray is not interested in the game, just purely that since creating a home, the fans have not yet flocked and his pockets a...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle - Starting 15?

I feel we may target Juan Pablo Socino in our attack. He is a nice player with ball in hand but defensively not as strong. Bai and Manu running at his channel all game could prove a handful so I expect him to step out a little and Powell and Sinoti step in.

A sad day in the Top 14

Perpignan have been relegated for the first time. Such a massive rugby club with so much history but with the introduction of teams with huge benefactors in the T14 has now taken two of the big boys down to the Pro2. Such a shame and I can only see the club losing a lot of its class players. I wonde...

Re: Boris off to Dragons as player coach

Cockers says Boris has been supporting the younger players coming through while still at Tigers. Doesn't that suggest a similar deal to that at the Dragons could have been put together at Tigers? Tigers may be looking to sign a new prop in his replacement and both Cole and Ayerza have the wealth of...

Re: Boris off to Dragons as player coach

Two years ago I said that I am amazed that Boris was willing to stay, especially with the arrive of Logo. This just shows the quality of the man. I wish him well and may be a little more game time in his new club. A proud Tiger who epitomised the team. I remember in his first or second season when h...

It appears that Boris is off to Dragons. Good luck to a man who has been a great signing and loyal player for us for many years. I knew that this day would come but I cannot blame him.

Re: Clermont Ticket Allocation

I too was at the Clermont game a few seasons ago and agree that the away fans were spread around the ground. However, I certainly felt no hostility whatsoever and thought the atmosphere was tremendous. That is why I am looking forward to April so much (when it is bound to be warmer). As said previou...
