Re: Leicester Tigers up for sale for £60 Million

crikey - most glasses on here seem to be half full A few things I know about this situation and decision * This was triggered by the CVC investment and the subsequent interests from potential investors * Tigers are the most attractive club in England to invest in. Why? They own a fantastic stadium a...

Re: Tigers v Bristol - 27th April 2019

In answer to a few things. he is not saying they will get 5 points. He is saying they are taking it one game at a time - so Leicester is another 5 points to play for, then move on etc etc As for question about Jonah - unfortunately gone for the season - knee ligaments Manu is likely to miss Bris and...

Re: Sarries being investigated

The main thing to note with this whole thing is that it is Mr Wray, not Saracens, making the investments with the players. Therefore, Saracens probably do spend within the cap and are very open with that. Mr Wray points to some investments that with certain players and are part of the running of the...

I wouldn't be surprised to see a late change to this team either - sure JH is still going through protocols so must be a risk

Re: Pat Howard leaving Aus Cricket in 2019

I agree with a lot of what is written here. I think the big challenge for Geordie was articulated well at the forum where he was introduced. Namely, the successful 2 clubs in our league are very innovative in terms of bringing new ways of thinking into the way they do everything. Sarries in particul...

Re: Ben's back!

Expectation is that he will bench, with 2 week training build up to Newcastle to follow. Any stupid accusation of being rushed back is nonsense, it was an injury that required immobility initially and then rest followed by strengthening..... he has followed that protocol. The club would not risk him...

Re: The Clash

I agree, they are weak front row but nowhere else, they will be loaded and up for this make no mistake. It will be a stronger side than the one that narrowly lost to Exeter last league match

Re: Tigers v Wasps Sunday March 25th

If you watch it, I am afraid that the first contact was with Wade’s chin and despite the chat about his height, Malouf turned his head away and swung an arm which hit Wade’s chin. He will be fortunate to avoid a ban and will likely have to plead guilty on this. Also, credit to Wade who made zero fus...

Re: Sarries vs Tigers

I think the main point is as per a lot of views on here, Ford and Toomua will be much better once we have some front foot ball. If the pack continues the current improvement then I can’t wait to see Ford & Toomua on the front foot...... having 2 ball players at 10/12 is advantageous

Re: Sarries vs Tigers

It will be interesting to see how our pack fares this weekend, a proper test awaits them. It may be a lot to ask but hoping to see some improvements from the ne coaching set up. I don’t expect miraculous changes but just improvements.... There should be no doubt that our back line should fancy the d...
