Re: Alain Rolland - Warburton decision
Went up to the "One Eyed Turk" today to see if the Dragon in the pipes had improved. Delicious. One small problem. I couldn't get a decent chip to have with my wild bore suasages. They were all on the shoulders of the punters!

Name corrected, T.I.B......but it's not as good today as it usually is? Perhaps the pipes need a clean? (That's the pubs.....not mine!)

Re: Warburton gets 3-week ban
Here I am sitting in the "One Eyed Turk" having a pint of Felinfoel Double Dragon, not bad, once you get used to the slightly bitter after taste! And I can't get the words of that wonderful hymnn out of my mind, "Dear Lord and Father of mankind for give our foolish ways...." ther...

Re: ...and that'll be the last we see of Alain Rolland too.
Last night, I was listening to radio 4 on the way home and they had a piece on Sam Warburton's school, with interviews with pupils and his old PE teacher. Can you imagine what his teacher would be saying now? How about " Sam, you let your team down, you let your country down, but most of all (...

Re: Hard luck Wales
I keep going back to JW drop......T-Cup. Thinking clearly under pressure. Wales had the heart, the skill and the stamina but it would appear that six inches between the ears was lacking when it mattered. They needed three poins at the end...so make that your goal and go get them. ........I wonder ju...

Thank god for the sense taliked on here......I was beginning to think I'd gone to another planet. Just to get my head round events I was sad enough to to a little surfing and look up the letter of the law on the matter. Sad I know but when you actually live here you better have a cast iron defence. ...

I went on a rugby tour once.
I got drunk, I chatted up women (who were not Mrs Big Dai), I drove a mini van into a brick wall and trashed a boat.
.........Did any one see the headlines in the Gravesend Gazette?

Re: Quins match thread here!
Poor signings/selections, poor roster management, lackluster, limited coaching for England and Leicester. Connection? Predominantly ex Leicester coaching. Wells,Wig, Johnno and Cockers and predominantly forwards? And all from a time where a forward dominated approach won the day. Let the dinosaurs c...

Re: England v France - team's up
T-cup. Thinking clearly under pressure. The old guard did this. when a move went a bit wrong (case in point the set up for the drop goal that won Bill last time) The players had the patience to recycle and set it up again without acting like headless chickens. That came from an esablished team, muta...
