Re: Team for London Irish

A rather disappointing performance but looking on the positive side, MT looked World Class, Manu is looking better every game, we got a win and some other results have worked for us. On the downside, we did not get a bonus point, the worse halfback performance I've seen at the Tigers for a long time...

Re: Over Reaction to Defeats

Duane Vermeulen I believe has signed for the Stormers but still a good call.

Re: Over Reaction to Defeats

I take on board all your comments and I understand exactly where you are coming from but I say lets judge MoC next year when he has the squad he wants and as I have said despite what is being said by the club this is a transition season at all levels. Ideally I'd like to see the addition of at least...

Re: Over Reaction to Defeats

I agree it doesn't look good at the moment but we have been in similar situations in the past. My concern is that a lot of what is being said is not going to help a team low on confidence. Obviously everyone has the right to say what they think but I feel it doesn't help a team low on confidence to ...

Re: Team for London Irish

The team is as expected considering the current number of players unavailable through injury. Re: MOC to be sacked?

Interesting but I wonder how many of my fellow contributors were down Oval Park last season watching the Academy. The foundations are there you just have to look. Look also at the financial strength of the club. Simon Cohen and the board have done an excellent job. Now all we need is to see that suc...

Re: Team for London Irish

Having read the recent posts I must say I'm amazed that MOC is it seems solely responsible for our current display. Did he cause the turnover that lead to Exeter's first try, was he responsible for Jonny Mays tap back into the hands of the opposition, did he cause Manu to knock the ball on...I could...

Re: Team for London Irish

The problem is not mobility but physicality. Our guys put in a great effort against Exeter, a team built on Physicality but once they got on top through our error then the game was over. Tigers need one or two players in the forwards who actually scare the opposition and are respected through out th...
