Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!

I don’t think drinking in the stands is okay for players. If it was, why do they hide it from camera? They know it’s wrong and they know they are on club time I dont know as they do, it was just noticeable bacause bt sport mentioned it, if the club didn’t want them to drink they wouldn’t drink. As ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!

I think mc guigan and barrow were both rightly allowed to leave, poor attitudes and drinking in the stands while ‘supporting’ team mates is not on. I’m a medic and been around elite support and 5his is detrimental to the moral, rules are in place and they should have been concentrating and supporti...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!

McGuigan is a good young hooker, but never hit the heights which were expected of him. Nowhere in the league of the likes of Tommy Taylor, Cowan-Dickie and Singleton coming through which are the bench mark for that age group in the position. Your probably right thats he isn’t that level, but even i...

Re: We were due to lose one before the seasons end

Thompstone I think is now the worst winger in the first team. His form last season was class but hasn’t been able to reach those heights this year. Holmes and Malouf have offered more than him this season and both deserve their chances ahead of him. That's a bit harsh he has perhaps lost a some spe...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

We should have been in a position where it shouldn’t have mattered if the try was given or not. Matt Toomua’s pass to Hamilton was indescribably woeful. I’ve passed better in wet conditions off my weak hand!!! I’ve just watched the video back on tigers fan twitter and to be fair to Toomua although ...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

MOC shares my opinion of Carley in his post match interview on BBC radio Leicester. That said it was more diplomatic but he was clearly very unhappy about him and our performance! Shows again his weakness as a coach, for me there where no issues with the ref, MOC got his tactics wrong, we’ve been s...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

Worst performance of the season for me. Looked like they thought they just needed to turn up for the 5 points and were out fought and out thought for the vast majority of the game. Cole poor, Tom Youngs awful, Ford was ok in open field but missed kicks, Kitchener poor as was the line out throughout...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions

We’ve got to make some changes early in this half we need to get Tatafu on for Youngs yhe line outs killing us, Evans on for Mapapalangi he’s just not in the game just stood out on the wing. We need someone who’s going to straighten up the backline as well we’re just going staight across the park le...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!

This is just a list of players who are out of contract in the summer: https://www.ruck.co.uk/20-great-players-who-are-out-of-contract-at-the-end-of-the-season/ Wondering if any of you would be interested in us bringing in any of them in particular? For me its Eastmond Eastmond can be good on his da...

Biggest loss

Having watched the highlights of Newcastle vs Worcester and watching the current match with Gloucester vs Exeter, Im just wondering what player was the biggest loss to Tigers Goneva or Slater. Or is there someone else anyone can think of, I mean a player we sold or moved on not retired.

Re: Worcester Warriors

Reporting a loss of £8.1 million 16/17 tax year on the BBC. Very worrying in no way is that sustainable It unfortunately seems to be the norm now every premiership team inc ours have posted losses exept Exeter, although Worcester of bottom of the list, but I couldn’t tell you how accurate that this...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!

6: Williams & Denton 7: O'Connor & Evans 8: Kalamafoni & Thompson Plus: Mapapalangi and assuming we lose Hamilton & Ryan As long as we only get our 'fair share' of injuries, internationals etc, we should be putting out a decent back-row most games. The back row is starting to look good for season w...
