Re: 6 nations 2014
It was a good 6 nations from the point of view that the vast majority of games were hard to call. However, there wasn't a team that played with quality and consistency throughout the tournament. France are quite poor at the moment, exposed by the fact they lost to Ireland and almost lost to England ...

Re: Kids rugby and coaches
Cheers folks. I think I'd like to see experienced coaches taking them once they get to a certain stage. Though I'm not 100% sure what that stage is. At the moment it's OK. I've helped out myself though I have experience of coaching another sport so setting up and working a drill is second nature to ...

Kids rugby and coaches
Just wondered what peoples experiences are in terms of whether coaches start with their children and move with them through the age groups? Or whether the coaches stay in the same age group and the kids move onto the next coach or coaches? Or a mixture of both? Or does it end at a certain age? I kno...

Re: Deliberate knock-on or not?
Law 12.1 (e) Intentional knock or throw forward. A player must not intentionally knock the ball forward with hand or arm, nor throw forward. If they want to make one handed illegal they should put it in the rules. It's a very tricky rule because saying whether someone was making a genuine attempt t...

Re: Goneva-Whats Going On?
Just a note just to say also you are never going to get every one right. Occasionally you'll let someone go and then wonder of that was the right decision. Just as sometimes you sign someone who just doesn't fit in or reach the standard. That's sport. But when you look at the bigger picture, it's be...

Re: Goneva-Whats Going On?
I thought it was common knowledge that Tigers aren't the best payers wage wise but are one of the best in terms of player welfare, player development and in competing for trophies. Also, that players have to work within our team structure and ethos. Some players jump ship, many don't. You don't chan...

Re: Kids on the terrace?
Cheers peeps. I've been on the terrace myself a few times but always arrived a few minutes before kick off and stood towards the back. I'm 6'4" so no issue for me. I've taken my boy a couple of times in the new stand but wondering if the terrace could be fun. It's cheaper aswell. Decided for the Was...

Kids on the terrace?
Simply question: is it a good idea to take an 8yo onto the standing terrace? Is there anyway he will get a view?

Dylan Hartley
Naturally I've been an harsh critic in the past, like most of us here I suspect. But along with his on the pitch behaviour this season I found this article interesting. Can people change. Has Hartley finally learnt his lesson?

Re: Premiership / HC strategy
However, in the extremely unlikely eventuality that Tigers win the competition, it will not make history per se. I would enter a broader discussion but I think on this count alone we can dismiss the rest of your post. Winning the HC in the current climate would IMO surpass anything we have achieved...
