Re: Players Awards

Why is Leibenburg not on the list? I probably would have voted for him.

Re: Players Awards

I went Burns, Kelly and Wiese. Could easily, and totally justifably gone with different choices for each category though.

Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 04th June 2022 KO 15:00

So many reasons to want to win this one, and I can’t think of a single credible reason to tolerate a loss. We’ve topped the table all season, let’s finish there too! Yep, this for me as well. Yeah going out full strength risks injury, but thats the same all season. Dolly's injury is a freak situati...

Re: Premier league final day.

I wouldn't be bothered if we lost the salary cap, clubs should be allowed to spend money if they're able to. But, I do think we'd need some form of financial fair play rules to keep things in check.

Re: 7s ethics?

Thing is did it just happen or did they discuss it? If it just happened, it cant be match fixing as they're just taking advantage of a situation that has unfolded. Not right, imo, but certainly not a fix.

Yah, I mean, hi dude, like what's with this "row" jive, man? I mean, it's not like it's the first time I've seen it but, well, um, you know "The" row? I thought there were two. This made me chuckle! :smt005 Not a fan of the term either.. second row works just fine for me but eac...

Re: Rassie's job is no more

It simple really, player from X team goes down injured, players from Y team wander over to the touchline for a drink and a Y team player also starts getting a bit of treatment until X team injured player is ok again....

I agree it needs sorting though.

Re: Rugby players transport

One if the MI films Cruise broke his leg doing a building to building jump were he came up short and smashed his shin on the corner of the building. He actually finished the take by carrying on running!?!?!

He might be short but the bloke is crazy. Would have made a good scrum half!!

Re: Rugby players transport

One of the worse incidents is of course Michael Schumacher who sustained his life changing injuries while skiing down a black run Actually he crashed between a red and a blue on an 'off piste' section, although more between pistes rather than full on off piste it would have been regularly tracked. ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Aled Walters and the Philosopher's Stone

Kini for me a bench player. He covers too many positions to be tied down to one now. I'd probably start with Hegarty in the second team with Kini on the bench.
But I'd probably rather have Kini on the bench for the first team rather than Hegarty....

Gutted to see Lancaster leave as I really thought he might be a star. Obviously it's not working at the moment but I hope playing in a different environment does him good and his departure is on good terms (both ways), so if he does come good, we'd be in with a shout of re-signing.
